This place is where you get one of the best burgers in the city...7 years ago. Quality and service slowly went downhill.

Ordered my go-to chili con carne burger. The chili was extremely watery like soup. Asked the girl that this isn't what it's usually like or if there was a misrake. She told me she can't do anything about it because it was frozen when was delivered from the commissary.

This was one of the many disappointing encounters I've had with Big Toms.

Don't know why but I'm getting an unexpected error when trying to comment about this place in foodpanda, so I'll comment here. Ordered a double cheeseburger and chili con carne earlier this evening. The last time I was in Cebu about 5 years ago I ate at Big Tom's a few times and found out to be a pretty good overall experience every time. Today I was really disappointed. What I liked here is the availability of mayo, Sriracha, ketchup and mustard. The fries are perfectly fried. The burger is fine. Just don't sit on the chairs near the stairs. It was a bad place to eat your food while people go up and down the stairs. The dust and dirt.. i would have also preferred the availability of an area where you can wash your hands near the entrance. I prefer eating my burgers barehands.
