Casa Verde — Restaurant in Mandaue

This Casa Verde is located in Park Mall. I went for lunch and I was the only customer. I have previously eaten at 2 other Casa Verdes with mixed results. I ordered the Steak with Grilled shrimp and mixed vegetables. It was served to the table in less than 2 minutes.

How do they do that? A flat iron steak and grilled shrimp, wow fast, BUT not good. My biggest complaint is the shrimp The menu states the shrimp are "succulent" . The skewer had 3 dried out shrimp the size of a 1 peso coin. Nasty, shame on you Casa Verde. Steak ordered medium rare was disappointing. Chewy and weird cut of meat. I didn't try the mixed vegetables, I couldn't wait to leave. This is the most expensive item on the menu. Years back when I ordered it at the Fuente's casa Verdes it was quite good. Now it's pitiful. Aprox 5 mins our food was serve one service crew just came and told us that my wifes order is not available. Can you imagine that???? I have to wait for the new order of my wife since its not good to eat when someone is left behind and not eating while your family are already eating..... this is not a good experience since its our first try in parkmall location. Unlike the main branch.. No wonder the star reviews are very low. And the regular bryans ribs are freakin small. They lower...
