I lived next door to this place, craving Japanese cuisine on a Friday night; I was quickly seated because I arrived at 5 pm and was the restaurant's only patron. Located to the right of the Bai Hotel Lobby, the décor reminds me of a fancy steak house with a Japanese twist. The meal started with a surprise complimentary tuna appetizer, followed by my ordered appetizer of Fried Salmon and fried squid balls. The Fried salmon was okay; the fried squid balls were flavored on the sweet side, which I believe did not complement the squid. For my main, I went with the cold Soba and tempura; this was delicious and refreshing. The staff was super attentive and made sure the dining experience was carried out in a 5-star manner. To top off the experience, I mentioned where I could get a hallo hallo, which is not traditionally the venue for this sweet dessert. In the end, the staff delivered the hallo to my table in Ume. This act of elevated customer service shocked me. I thank the staff for the memorial experience and will...
Read moreWe just ate there. It was like a scam. It was a very nice restaurant but we had a bad experience. Of all the food that was served to us, it was only the beef that taste good. The wagyu beef on their menu has their own specific grams and prices. We we’re not informed that they only serve the 300 grams beef and if we want to add so we can have the 100 grams but in their menu it doesn’t say anything about the additional or that we can just order the 300 grams beef first. The waitress said that she asked if it is the 300grams that we want but if they ask about options if it is 100g or 300g, I don’t understand why they say that they only serve the 300g first. She was actually very nice everytime she comes to our table. They should change the menu and inform the guests so they won’t experience the same problem. In the end we got to pay the price for the 100g beef but in the end it was a very...

The katsudon is amazing! It might be my new favorite, although Ebi Tempura will always be my first love. We ended up with a plentiful spread since we didn't anticipate the huge servings.
The kids loved the Chicken Karaage because each piece was boneless and juicy. The tempura...well, what can I say? It's not my first love for nothing. We also got complimentary green tea. That was the icing on the cake for me because I usually have to order it separately.
Thank you for the delectable lunch Chefs Jeff, Narcie, Michael, Jossie, Jake, Rosbell. Shoutout to Server Dwayne who had to hunt down ketchup for my niece. To the rest of the staff Fatima, Venz, and Christine Nelmor, thank you for a wonderful service.
We'll definitely dine...
