Classic Savory Since 1950 — Restaurant in Manila

This eating place is a durable & best established brand in the Philippines. But this outlet just destroyed its reputation. Ate here for two consecutive time after two weeks.

First Incident, Oct 22

1. Over staff & most of them are standing or roaming around dazed & not doing customer service
2. MENU takes time to be handed even the place is half filled
3. Service water that was served, takes time to get refilled even already asked for it

Second Incident, Nov 5

1. Again the same thing happened like Oct 22
2. Wrong chicken portion served even we specified the chicken part
3. Wrong rice served, we asked for upgrade to fried rice but plain rice was served
4. Asked for ice water refill but served with warm water

FRANCHISOR must take a close look on this outlet & penalize/ reprimand the FRANCHISEE. They must come up with a complete overhaul on leadership &...

This review is in comparison with other Classic Savory Branch For this Branch, Service and Atmosphere not good. Service crew and the counter shouting each other while the customer are in between enjoy a meal and also they also shouting about the unclean tables with there co-worker which we think that not the right ambient for a resto. for the food still the same with other branch but the drinks the four season and Iced tea from the look itself a pale color then upon serving to us confirm that the taste bland not even a taste of sweet. Then upon saying it to the service crew they just give us another cup with no iced...

The food was great, but the servings were not enough. It's like if it's good for 6 persons (in the catalogue) but when it was served-- it's not the servings are small in quantity.
