J.CO Donuts UN — Restaurant in Manila

I was scammed by JCo, Jacobo, Ermita, Manila. I ordered through foodpanda and the manager Ivan called and instructed me to cancel my order and will give me a refund for the reason that their GCash has come to its limit. Foodpanda called and asked why i need to cancel the order... because that's what the JCo manager told me. I went to their site and asked if I can order donuts worth the amount I paid through foodpanda. JCo has already received my payment but refused to give me the donuts. Everybody inside including the guard knew and until now I was not refunded. God sees who you are. And I know He will let you pay the consequences...

Is there any other way to contact this branch? We couldn't find your contact info, so we directed it here. We've been avid JCO fans, and we purchase coffee for almost every day, but today, we're kinda disappointed, as the coffee we've received has an aftertaste. We couldn't figure out if it was from the coffee bean and/or from the milk that has a problem. Or maybe it was contaminated by another container that they accidentally used while making our drink. We know exactly the taste of your drinks that's why we noticed easily. We ordered...

Well, it’s J.CO Donuts so supposed to be good, mainly because their donuts options are not disgustingly sweet. This branch is far from where I live but my friends and I always find our way here. The place can be crowded at times, especially at night when students flock to study. But I think that’s the charm...
