Hi good evening, i would like to complain regarding with my bad experienced happened earlier at Jollibee carriedo branch which i waited around almost 20 minutes on the line on the counter to order food and i was actually maybe 5th or 6th customer on the que. what happened was i ask the cashier if (chicken palabok is available she take time to check it and took my order, i requested for a thigh part and the cashier tended the cashier and give me my change for 1000. While waiting for my order to be assembled the cashier tol me that the chicken part available are wing and rib so i told that i don't like that chicken part so if it possible if there's a leg part that will be good, then i nicely talk to that cashier that she should advise me before she take my order that chicken part of my choice was not available. cashier ask me politely if i am willing to wait for 20 minutes to cook i answered (really 20 minutes? you should informed me before you tendered my order) then the manager named MARIELLE stand beside the cashier and told me that she can Cancel my order which is not good attitude. I waited too long on the cue and considering that i entered Jollibee to eat.. Marielle don't sound concerned or rather thinking what she said ( I CANCEL KO NALANG). What happened next was i left the counter area and call the attention of one dining crew to call for a manager that I can raise my concern so one manager talk to me named crissa that they can refund my money. Even i am talking on what happened this manager crissa left me after returning my money and left me even I am still raising my concern regarding on the bad attitude of Marielle. What I heard before crissa turn backs on me is (Sa Jollibee office kayo mag reklamo) habang naglalakad palayo.

But in this specific branch of Jollibee, it disappoints me every time. When in quiapo this is one of the few food choices if ur in a hurry and didnt want to eat standing up in the famous Quiapo Food galleries. This JBC store is pretty messy.
