Delicious Palabok Worth Coming Back For! If you're on the hunt for authentic and flavorful palabok, Jolli Dada’s Eatery is a great find. Their Original Palabok hits all the right notes — savory, rich, and loaded with generous toppings like crunchy chicharon, smoked tinapa flakes, and slices of hard-boiled egg. The sauce is perfectly seasoned and clings well to the noodles, and a touch of calamansi gives it a nice, zesty balance.

What really makes this dish shine is the homemade taste. It feels like something lovingly made in a Filipino home kitchen — comforting, filling, and satisfying.

The atmosphere is that of a typical karinderya simple and no frills, which adds to its charm. However, cleanliness could still be improved to make the dining experience even better. A bit more attention to tidiness would go a long way in attracting more customers.

Despite that, the food speaks for itself. Friendly staff and affordable prices make it worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for another plate of...

Jolli Dada's Eatery's been serving their Special Palabok since the 1940's, one can say that their Palabok is the best there is in the area. Despite being surrounded by various fast food chains, it's still one of the best places to dine after a mass in Quiapo Church. Their palabok is served hot with various items on the menu to compliment said dish, in which I highly suggest partnering it with their Ube Puto.

Jolli Dada's is found beside Quinta Market under Quezon Bridge, they're also surrounded by copy-cat stores so be careful and always check if you're dining at the right restaurant. The one thing I didn't quite like, is its location and lack of seating, as it's under quezon bridge it is also beside the market where pedicabs, trikes and other vehicles park, not to mention the area being somewhat littered with trash.

All in all Jolli Dada's is a hidden gem of Quiapo and a good place to either dine or get a quick snack. So if you plan to go to Quiapo any time soon, I suggest you add Jolli Dada's to your...

I bought 3 packs of Palabok. Each pack costs PHP 80. The serving size is more than enough for one person. Upon order, it only takes less than a minute to serve. They have a lot of pre-pack Palabok so, you do not have to wait so long. There are a lot of customers. However, the restaurant area can still accommodate. The area is not air conditioned. There are orbit fans however, the air is a bit hot which comes out of the electric fan. The food was served newly cooked and warm enough ready to eat. They have calamansi with pre-cut. Disposable utensils are also available self-service. Iced water is free. They also have disposable plastic cups. Overall experience, very good. Satisfied, value for money.
