We are a frequent customer here and we would always order food ever since they were still at the other side of Rizal Avenue. Sadly. There are 2 employees here we're not so satisfied about. While we have this saying that the customer is always right. The cashier infront kept insisting she punched in the right items ordered when clearly it was wrong. And instead of owning up to their mistake and just change the bill total. They kept insisting they're right. It's a pity. You're working for food service. Have a bit of patience and especially , most especially to older or senior citizens. Admit when you make a mistake and if not, just be considerate.
