Just got curious with this noodles restaurant because it's in the middle of the beautiful yet chaotic Recto, Manila. If guys wanted an authentic rice noodles in Manila, you guys should try Old Street Noodle House. I ordered Beef noodles soup since that is their best seller. First of all, the serving size is so big, 2 people can share for single bowl of the noodles soup. Quality of the noodles is good, It's big compare to a normal noodles I've eaten. The texture of is firm, a bit chewy for my personal preference but soothing in your mouth. Beef quality in fine, cooked very well.Just what I expect for a 160 Pesos noodle soup. Also tried their BAOZI assumingly it's the same ingredients as SIOPAO. IT'S NOT, It's salty and has different taste compare to normal Siapao here in the Philippines. (There's no siopao sauce 😭) but it complements with the rice noodles perfectly. PS. Their Chili Sauce is top tier ❤️ Score: 4.25/5

Very sulit in both taste and portion size! This unassuming, little noodle shop serves really good, authentic Taiwanese beef noodles. A perfect food trip destination. Their steam buns are a must-try: they're very juicy (surprisingly very affordable). The place is an open-air dining establishment, so your dining experience will often include the hustle and bustle of everyday Recto and the occasional rattle of passing LRT trains. Will definitely go back here whenever I'm in the area.

A hole-in-a-wall shop that serves only 4 dishes (Beef, Pork, Chicken Leg) noodle soup and Baozi. That's it. I ordered Beef Noodles. The broth is light but the meat flavor is there, You can adjust it to your liking which is good. This noodle dish is good for 2, btw. Straight up noodle house. That's it. For the price, we call it Sulit.

Their serving size is generous. One bowl of their noodle soup can already feed 2 people. The taste can be a bit underwhelming (medyo mas sanay kasi ako sa mga malasang noodles hehe but don't let this stop you from trying it! 😉), however, their baozi is very tasty! I wish I had bought more to take home. Friendly staff as well
