Jollibee — Restaurant in Manila

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this branch of Jollibee at 168 mall. I waited for over 30 minutes for my order, followed up on a really polite tone to the crews only to be dismissed and receive food that was clearly overcooked. When I pointed it out, the crew insisted it was "toasted" rather than "burnt" 🙄 —but as shown in the picture, it was far from appetizing. Didn't argue anymore, as the crew was already close minded with zero customer service and I've decided it was not worth arguing with. Will just have to get another more appetizing breakfast elsewhere.

Long wait times can sometimes be understandable, but serving poor-quality food after such a delay is unacceptable. This visit was a letdown. ...

Everything is okay as a fast-food restaurant. The things they should improve on: (1) the place is very hot (especially on the cashiers area) due to the heat coming from outside and kitchen, I would suggest to put something there to reduce customers' stress while waiting (especially during long queues). Its crowded place where there are lots of people including bystanders becareful of pick pockets. Its a small china town here located in the philippines where most of the china made items where being sold. Due to low cost item more people item go there to buy good products.
