Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Manila

Was very disappointed in this branch of Mang Inasal because we went here to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had an awful experience because; one, although I understand the number of customers, some of the airconditioners don't work at all, so all of us were just fanning ourselves; two, customer service is DREADFUL. we asked more than 5 times for a refill on our soup but it never came until we finished eating and left. i suggest hiring more staff to tend to customers wants, because the crew going around to give out rice and soup refills are only like, 2 or 3 persons; third, the food. we expected a big sized chicken but what was served to us was the opposite. overall, I don't recommend this branch. we had high expectations considering it's situated here in Manila, where we assumed the restaurants— even if it's fast food— are decent. would not recommend and...

We came in quarter to 8pm (they close at 9pm). I'm not sure why but they always start cleaning and blocking areas so early ahead of the closing time. It's really very inconvient when you're trying to have dinner and you hear all the noise of staff cleaning, wet sticky floors to the hand washing area, tables being turned upside down and a big part of the restaurant closed off. I wish they could keep the restaurant functioning 100 percent until they close. We were cordoned off to a few tables because they all started cleaning an hour an a half (or even more) before they actually close. Maybe adjust their closing time to half an hour early so customers don't have to be there while the staff are cleaning? Food was good but overall dining experience...

We have horrible experience today as when we claim our order the crew insist that orders are complete even when we said multiple times that it is not. We had to present the receipt before they believe us. Additionally, utensils are not sterilized not even clean as there are stains all over it, including on the glasses that we used. They didn't give tissue as well. Crews and staffs are not well mannered as well. Everything is a mess, we will not recommend this store. We will never go back to this store due to unsatisfying experience that we have. I hope you take this seriously as they carry the reputation...
