CK Kalaw Orosa — Restaurant in Manila

We came on saturday August 19 2023 at 11:30 am. Peak hours and there's a lot of customers especially seniors. So i was 4th on line and waited for at least 15-20 minutes before becoming 2nd on the line. And after this a lot of seniors came again. And we decided to just leave because there's no priority lane for seniors to take and of course we choose to let the seniors be next in line but it's another 5 seniors with different orders i think so i think at the back of my mind that it'll take another 30-45 minutes because of how slow the service is. Ridiculous for real.

Also, 2nd floor is very humid. There's no aircon. The floor was not clean. Cleanliness upon entry? Jeez. Upon entry you can still feel the heat outside and not the refreshing aircon.

Next time, have at least another counter for priority lane. Or assistant to the counter so he or she can focus on punching orders and so the line will be fast. And also, please if the peak hours is coming, please have the aircon running before peak hours so when the customer arrives, they'll feel refreshed. And the counter? Please teach them how to smile so customers will be pleased to order. That's also one of many reasons why we leave and choose to find another store even if it's far.

Also availability of products. Lauriat at that time is not available.

So if you're planning to come to this store, please decide again. There's another store of chowking if you're craving their food. Parking also is...

Dugyot (unsanitary), This explains the disgusting smell the moment you enter the establishment.

The floors are very sticky.

If they cannot maintain the cleanliness of their surroundings, just wondering how things are inside the kitchen.

Service is terrible. took 45 mins to deliver food (even when the place was just 25 percent occupied)

STAFF ARE RUDE, except for the guard who is accomodating.
