June 6 being the Eid Al Adha holiday, we decided to finally do an Intramuros Food and Historic Churches exploration day.
Unfortunately it rained the whole afternoon so we just stayed put at Manila Prince Hotel for their good food and HYDE Manila's pocket friendly happy hour.🍹
GOOD: Scaled down buffet spread compared to other hotels but commensurate to the price. Buffet line up hits all the standard selections plus Korean section: cold cuts/salad bar, japanese counter, carving station and dessert table. Dishes were not elaborate but well cooked mostly. Drinks counter had bonus beverage offers like different iced and hot coffee concoctions.
COULD BE IMPROVED: The japanese counter's offerings did not look top notch especially the dry looking Tuna Ceviche. Pls look into it. Thanks.
