Upon entering, you're greeted by a huge dining area, which is a welcome sight in a bustling city like Manila. This spaciousness ensures that even during peak hours, finding a table isn't usually an issue, providing a more relaxed dining experience than many other fast-food establishments. A dedicated area for counter seating is also a nice touch, perfect for solo diners or those just grabbing a quick bite. The entire space feels well-lit with ample natural and artificial light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the well-ventilated space ensures a comfortable dining environment, especially important in the tropical climate of the Philippines.

However, while the dining experience is generally positive, there are a couple of points that could significantly enhance the customer experience. One noticeable absence is a gravy refilling station. For fans of Popeyes' rich, savory gravy (and let's face it, who isn't?), having to request refills from the counter can be a minor inconvenience, especially when you're deeply engrossed in enjoying your meal. A self-service option would be a fantastic addition.

Another significant drawback, especially given the urban setting, is the lack of dedicated parking. This can be a major hassle for customers arriving by private vehicle, often requiring them to search for street parking or pay for expensive commercial parking nearby. This can detract from the overall convenience of visiting the restaurant.

This is the first Popeyes branch that I have ever dined in. I have ordered most of the time online so I am not new to their food.

I chanced upon this restaurant when I came to get my NBI Clearance because this is very adjacent to the NBI office in UN Avenue, Manila.

The restaurant is very spaceous and well planned. It has a lot of circulation space which is very good for me since there are a lot of fast food with cramped-up spaced where they would place tables and chairs wherever possible. The arrangement of the tables and chairs are also unique. They have half-booths, fixed tables on columns, separate tables, etc. It was really unique compared to other fast food. I think other fastfood restaurants should take them as an example.

The food was okay. Nothing we can expect much for fastfood. It was American for my taste but it is okay.

There is just one problem which is very minor but I noticed, the cashiers are loudly gossiping and complaining about some stuff about the management like the amount that they should be billed because the cash in their registrar does not much the actual total. For me, these things should be discussed in private, not in front of customers. As a previous manager myself, these are management concerns so they should be also dealt.

Nonetheless, the experience was generally good.
