KFC — Restaurant in Manila

Ordered around 9:45 PM, said we can only buy takeout. Ordered signature meals since it was the only ones available daw. Around 10PM, the server called me said we needed to wait another 15-20 minutes. Mind you, there were only like one or two customers currently eating in the restaurant and another customer ordered after me. They got their order first 🤡🤡🤡.

There was this guy that kept asking us to change tables, all of the tables were still dirty. They only started cleaning the tables like AT LEAST 20minutes in while we were waiting for the takeout.

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I ordered chicken chops meal with regular fries, and for only ₱160 I already have a soup, fries, meal and drinks. However, I only rated it 4 stars because the soup was served cold na. I also gave 4 stars on service because the staff are fast. However, they lack on crew to help on organizing and rechecking the order. Just like how they forgot to put the sugar syrup for my iced tea. And how they do not check that the gravy and the spoons needs to be refilled. Customers tend to fall in line again just to ask for plastic utensils and gravy.

I'm hoping this will be resolved because food...

Philippines, Manila, U.N. Square branch. Crew members friendliness specially MAE and AIREEN. (I hope I spelled it right) to make the story short, I was not having coffee yet and not fully awake (early morning for me) By mistake I spilled my sprite for my nephew and MAE & AIREEN immediately take care of it for me with full smile while I was so embarrassed for what I did by mistake. Crew like them needs a rise. Smile nowadays in crew are not often seen. I thank them for making me feel like it’s nothing. I hope that this compliments gets to them. Thank you so much guys.
