McDonald's Bustillos — Restaurant in Manila

Hello McDonald's,

After a long and exhausting prelim day, I ordered takeout at the first counter near the priority lane. The girl working there wasn’t paying attention when I clearly said "takeout." She prepped my order for dine-in, and only after I reminded her did she pass it off to a colleague to pack—without any care. No utensils, no tissue. I had to grab those myself while she acted like I didn’t exist and started taking the next order.

To make things worse, I asked her for a plastic bag for my Coke float, and she completely ignored me. So, I had to put the float inside the paper bag. While walking, the drink spilled all over the bag and stained my white uniform. I was left with a mess and an even worse mood after an already stressful day.

This is unacceptable service. No customer deserves to be treated with such disregard, especially when it comes to something as simple as paying attention to their order. Now I’m stuck with a stained uniform, a ruined day, and a frustrating experience.

Please address this issue with your staff, because this kind of service shouldn’t be happening. I’m seriously disappointed and expect...

Ordered from this branch via Grab around 7PM. Granted that it was dinner rush so I am not particular if the order arrives a bit later than usual. The food arrived hot so it has exceeded my expectations. However, the order was missing 2 sundaes. I understand since it was dinner rush and I could easily put in Grab to get a refund. However, I received a message from the restaurant saying they would deliver the missing items. They coordinated with me for the address details and they have one of their crew personally deliver the food to me. Not only the sundaes were freshly made and not melted, they also gave free hot fries! I ordered McSpaghetti and a burger for takeout at this store around 5 PM, but surprisingly, I received the burger and the pasta without the sauce. At first, it was laughable, but if you’re someone on a tight budget or really hungry, the frustration can easily take over.

I understand that the crew may have been tired since it was already late in the day, but when I went back, I was hoping for simple assurance, a sincere apology, and clear prioritization. Unfortunately, I didn’t quite feel those during my experience. On top of that, they made me wait another 20 minutes just for the sauced spaghetti without clear instructions or prioritization.
