McDonald's Mendiola — Restaurant in Manila

Never reviewed any restaurant before, but what I had experienced today had urged me to do so.

I went in today to order some takeout and after 15 minutes of waiting in line, I was told that we now have to get our orders from the kiosk first, and then fall back in line again in the counter because manual orders aren’t taken anymore. Problem is, there are only 2 kiosks in a McDonalds branch that regularly has a lot of customers. So there was a 15 minute line for the kiosk and another 15 minute line for the counter, and another 15 minute wait for the food assuming all goes well.

Not to mention the place’s dirty environment, noisiness, poor lighting, zero air conditioning, impolite staff attitude, and its non-existent customer service. If it wasn’t because of its proximity to my school, I wouldn’t have even thought of coming here. But after this really, I’m never going back to this...

I just arrived from a flight and came to this particular location for a refreshments. The Manager here named ERICA, that is totally incompetent and rude when I had to as for a lid and straw, but I was met with horrible attitude instead. Seems like she was tryin’ to tell me that they running out of it and she talks over me, as if I didn’t understand and heard was she’s saying behind my back. Experience through food panda order: I ordered two medium fries, they did come in medium sized cartons but the amount inside each carton is about as much as regular order of fries or even less (for both cartons).
