Dined here yesterday. Once I stepped inside I was greeted by their Male Manager, I was on the side kase I was not ready to order yet, then the Manager offered me a glass of water which was a GOOD GESTURE, (more fastfood Restaurants Manager should be more down to earth and personable like him) kase nakita nya siguro na pawis na pawis ako kase sobrang init sa labas. I sat on a table by the window and the table was not wiped and sure was not disinfected yet, there are still crumbs of bread etc. and cheese on the table so I asked for tissue and I sprayed alcohol all over the table. My meal arrived and I was told that I should clean up after myself which was okay and I understand it is for safety of everybody but I guess you should leave the tray to your customers because how they could carry all the stuff to throw with their bare hands only. It was almost a good dining experience but when I asked for gravy I was asked to pay 10 pesos, which I don't mind paying.. But their gravy for dine in should be REFILLABLE right? Like what it was used to before? Plus I dined at other McDonalds branches I was never asked to pay when I asked for a gravy refill THIS IS THE FIRST TIME. The trainee called their Manager. He was nice and apologetic and explained to me that they charge 10 pesos for 2 small bowls of gravy, I told him that I wanted one piece of small gravy only and he told me that it is fix to, TWO SMALL BOWLS OF GRAVY for 10 pesos. I was stunned because it is a ripped off and they clearly shows they wanted to earn extra bucks for this kind "STANDARD THINGY" Like I mentioned I DON'T MIND PAYING, BUT I KNOW EVER SINCE THAT THEIR GRAVY IS FOR REFILL AND I DINE AT OTHER BRANCHES AND I WAS NEVER ASKED TO PAY EXTRA. KNOWING THAT MCDONALDS IS A MASSIVE COMPANY, THERE SHOULD BE CONSISTENCY RIGHT? SO CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE STUNNED IF THEY GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING. If I may recommend that if you will charge condiments, you should tell your Cashiers na inform ang mga customers that if they will be needing extra condiments there will be an additional charge in that case we will not be surprised. The Manager let me keep the 10 pesos, but I paid anyway. This is not about the MONEY. It is about being CONSISTENT. Maybe, It is not his fault that the company wanted to "charge additional for condiments". Still, I have to commend them because the meals they serve are fleshly cooked and well prepared. Dining staff have alcohol and sanitizers ready for you. Greets and bid farewell to all...

Ever since when I was a kid, I’ve already considered myself as one of the avid customers of MacDonalds, until I've encountered several mishandled orders that most of the admirable services from some of your outlets/franchises were drowned in the pool of disappointments, like what we previously had from McDo in Paco (1552 Paz St, Paco, Manila, 1007 Metro Manila):
After a long day from work, we were so excited to satisfy our cravings for Chicken Alaking and Chicken McDo, then we decided to order using the Grab App. It was just so sad and frustrating to find out that the order that we made was far from the quality and services that we used to have —and what we were expecting. Looking at the attached photos, we ordered Chicken McDo and politely added a request (Thanks to the option provided by the Grab App that we can directly let the specific store know what we exactly want to add in our orders) since we’ve seen an option that we can let them know our concerns. Courteously, we stated: Please choose either BREAST or THIGH part on our chicken, and we said Thank you, -with so much optimism, hoping that they will provide what we’ve paid for. We waited patiently with excitement since that was supposedly our dinner, and after almost half an hour waiting, our orders arrived and unfortunately, we were so sad and disappointed of what we saw. We would understand that the fried chicken has already been cooked for several minutes, including the delivery time but it was too small, looks dehydrated and far from the request that we mentioned (either Breast or Thigh part) - (I’ll just let you guys describe it since it isn’t our main concern here -but still included.) The whole point of this concern is about how reliable the products are, the services provided by the specific franchise, and how the quality control is being monitored by the crews responsible from a certain McDonald’s Franchise. We are food enthusiasts, and definitely know how things work in the food industry, and as service providers too. I hope this matter will be taken seriously since we are being fair in terms of paying for the products or even services that we are expecting to be given in return. No shades or offense to Macdonald’s itself but for some franchises such as the abovementioned store, I hope you’ll exert an effort to monitor the quality being made before taking responsibilities in public service. I hope this will not happen...
Read moreWe had an incident here with one of the crew. We accidentally left our cellphone here after eating. After realizing that the phone was missing, we hurried back & asked the guard & crew if they've seen it(they said they did not). We asked the guard if we could view the CCTV but he said it's not possible & that we need to get a court order or an approval from the head office. He also asked us to write down our name & contact number just incase anything comes up. We proceeded to the police to file a report on the incident and then went home after. About 30 mins. to an hour later, the store manager/supervisor called us up & they wanted to talk to us at the store because they already know what happened to the phone. We hurried back to the store & were met by the manager and explained that a staff found the phone & took it home after shift. They said the staff was asked to return to the store & turnover the phone. The management spoke with us & we expressed our concern because there was sensitive personal data & accounts linked with the phone & that we are worried they might have been accessed. The manager told us she would ask the culprit staff to execute a signed affidavit that she did not access the phone & any of its data & that she will be solely responsible for any problems that may arise due to this incident (This is the part i'm not comfortable with). The manager expressly conveyed to us that McDonald's is not responsible for the act committed by their crew & that it was only the crew who will be accountable for the incident(McDonald's management & legal dept. is disassociating the company from the incident that happened but the mere fact that it happened in one of their stores & was committed by one of their employees while on duty inside their store already constitutes them to also be liable). Although we don't want the staff at fault to be fired & we just wanted our phone back, the manager told us that the staff may likely be dismissed because of violating their company's policy. I must say that even though this are what transpired, the manager was very accommodating, very courteous, apologetic & patient with us. Other than the incident, i can say that service is good at the store as well as the food. I couldn't say the same about delivery though, one too many mistakes on the...
