We waited for almost an hour and were very patient despite the slow and poor fast-food service. However, when we approached the crew to claim our orders because we saw our order number on the screen, they insisted that we had already taken our orders and looked at us suspiciously. We deeply understand their concern and suspicions since it might affect their salaries if we were lying. However, we don't understand how they didn't apologize for the inconvenience they put us through (they realized that our orders were in front of them and were sitting there. the mcfloats were already melting!!!) when our orders were sitting in front of them for so long throughout the suspicious they threw at us. Just to air my frustration with this branch. I don’t know what is your standard protocol for Tissue. But i think one (1) sheet of tissue paper is not enough for 6 meals that i bought.
