Next level Kambing dishes experience! Did not disappoint! Ordered the following dishes. Kaldereta - tender and tasty sauce. Ratio of meat and vegetables was great. Not like other restaurants, ton of veggies. It should had been perfect if there’s a little spiciness added. I grew up in Ilocos but my palate prefer added spicy on this dish. Kilawin - tender goat meat/skin. Great combination vinegar/onion/ginger/spices. Dish is on the dry side; I wish they put 1-2 tbsp of the marinade on the dish before serving. Papaitan - perfect combination of piping bitterness /saltiness broth with tender meat. Salted Egg Spareribs - dish that will make me keep going back! # 1 dish @ Vincent’s for me. So tender, crispy coating and balance of saltiness from salted eggs and spices. Sisig / Bangus - nothing special with this two dishes. Ordered for wife/relatives who doesn’t eat goat. Highly recommended for goat dishes lovers. If you are craving that province meat delicacy, this is the spot! Be there early so you can get a parking spot.

The G.O.A.T 🐐 Kambingan ng mga sikat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eating here feels like they're taking you back in time when everything was as natural as their Kaldereta & Papaitan, really good. A 45 year-old running establishment and its still standing strong. The choices of kambing dishes are diverse, from your favorite traditional kambing dish to foreign flavors & the good thing about them is that they just kept on innovating on new flavors of kambing. I think this is the best restaurant when it comes to goat dishes & no doubt they are popular. Salute! 😋 This popular place is a 4.8 🍎 out of 5 on our scale! 😁 #SolidFoodie🍎

Never ate goat meat before but it tastes really good. If you love salty food, there are a lot of options that fit your taste! The sauces are generous and thick. The meat is packed with a lot of flavor. I wanna go back. :)

By all indications it is just a carinderia or a small eatery. But you'll be astonished to see the photo of the owner posing with all well known celebrities (mostly male) inside this tiny restaurant over the couple of decades. Though its goat dishes maybe better off than others, it is not the best place to have lunch or dinner. It can get crowded easily because of the small space. There's no parking space. It has no air conditioning. I'd say it's best for grabbing a couple of cold beers with some spicy goat dish. It's been there for over a decade and based on the pictures, the place hasn't improved a bit. It's nickname though is "the celebrities' goat resto". So still, if you're a fan of goat dishes and ready to sweat with your meal, check this one out near...
