Yellow Cab Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Manila

This is for your SM City San Lazaro brach (cant seem to find it on google).

Our visit to Yellow Cab SM San Lazaro started off on a high note as we absolutely loved the food. However, our experience took a turn for the worse due to a rather unpleasant incident.

Just as we were finishing our meal, a leak from the air conditioning on the ceiling occurred, hitting our table and plates. Fortunately, we had finished eating our pasta by then. We requested assistance to move to another table to finish eating our pizza, and one of the crew members promptly helped us.

What left a sour taste, though, was the manager on duty. He gave us side-eyes, as if we were causing unnecessary drama, and did not even bother to check what had happened. Instead, he seemed preoccupied with chatting with other crew members.

This experience overshadowed the otherwise delightful meal we had. While the crew member who assisted us was courteous, the manager's indifferent attitude was disappointing. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the overall...

I was visiting Manila but unfortunately I have to do some university assignments while overseas. I was staying with a relative but I stayed way too late in a nearby Starbucks which closes at half past midnight and would be too late for me to go home. As I don't want to disturb my relatives, I felt somehow stranded haha. As I walked past this restaurant, I noticed it was still open and to my surprise it is 24 hours!!! I asked the manager if I could dine in and hang around for a while until it is safe for me to go home. They were very accommodating and the pizza is amazing and won't pale in comparison to the pizzas I had overseas. They also got free wifi if you are on a Smart network to put the cherry on top! Thank you Yellow Cab Pizza Espana in helping my studying while on holidays bearable! Will definitely come back to this place, highly...

🌸Food - I really like the Charlie noodles and their New York pizza. We ordered the all meat pizza and it taste really good. The chicken was okay. It was okay for me considering the price for group

💮Staff/service - honestly, the staffs don't have initiative. I'm not sure why but since they are not providing what we need , I just keep on going back to the cashier (lol). For example when serving the pizza, they didn't even give us tissue, water or i guess it must be just in the table.

🌸Place - i hope thay they will fix their aircon, because even though they have the Iwata at the back, we still can't feel it. Though I like the ambiance inside. It's good that they have comfort room. Good place for team lunch
