Boyong's — Restaurant in Marikina

Sorry, this one is not a buffet restaurant. They serve a good variety of pastas. My husband and I prefer their spicy seafood pesto pasta -really hot, with little slices of squid and shrimp. Although I usually order the healthier grilled chicken sandwich, one must absolutely try their grilled burger: with or without cheese, it spells affordable and authentic! Love their cucumber juice, too!

I just realized that the review above is already obsolete, after dining at Boyong's once again with my husband just last night. I wonder what happened to Boyong's, but things aren't looking up, because:

1. they don't sell drinks anymore; just free service water at a dispenser.
2. we had to notify the crew to replenish the water in the dispenser. It was practically dry.
3. we had to tell them there were no more drinking cups, either!
4. the ketchup dispensers were also near empty, so we asked if they could please refill them?
5. I had to go ask the counter lady for some table napkins. We were obviously dining in, yet no effort was made to provide us with such basic table provisions.
6. the tuna pasta in the picture on their menu wall was altogether different from the plateful I received. I ordered it, hoping it would be as light a meal as the one in the photo. I couldn't have been so wrong! What I got was slobbered with a ton of mayo (and cream?) that made me giddy and gave me palpitations. So I suggested they revise that confusing picture and dish label, which SHOULD instead read CREAMY/MAYO TUNA PASTA.
7. my husband's order told me that the hungarian sausage is nowhere near the REAL hungarian sausage that I tasted the first time I had it at Boyong's. Your current hungarian sausage is a mere caricature, tasted bleh, and - I'm sure - very cheap.

Lastly, could you please advise your serving lady to wear decent clothing while on duty? She was practically wearing either her 'pambahay'/house or pantulog/sleep attire (that ordinary white tshirt and very ordinary, old-and-already fraying shorts). Yup. You just lost two...

lumipat na ang Boyong's! it's now in an enclosed aircon area. the pricing is not that expensive. the food is affordable and yummy! when i have a craving for pasta, ito ang go to ko! mas favorite ko pesto pasta nila but this time i decided to go for their carbonarra which was on point! i had a very affordable cheeseburger on the side and i dont care na carbs on carbs kasi sulit sa dami and sarap!

i really like the ambiance din (compared before sa medyo open area at mainit. but the best part for me besides the food was the music. 🤭 gusto ko playlist ni ate which was 2000's RnB and it made me stay there longer.

I ate there around 5 ish and wala mashadong tao. but when i left, medyo napupuno na.

so if you want kinda chill and affordable burger and pasta in calumpang marikina-- this is it! 😍...

Very millennial set of meals that you can order. Pasta, burgers, buffalo wings, grilled chicken, sausages, fries, ang many more! Amazing things are that Chef Boyong incorporate the taste of millennial generation on there menus, like hot buffalo wings, lots of gravy on sausages and to others, fries and meat, and ofcourse pasta. Dine ins and take outs you can order to them, but if you will dine in at Chef Boyong, pls have a patience on the waiting time to have your own seat. Seats are limited.
