Went to dine in last night, when i told the cashier our order i thought she heard my order because my friend already ordered. Then i payed and wait for the buzzer to light. My friend to get the food tray, when it arrived I'm shocked that my order wasn't on the food tray. And I'm already mad lol. Then my friend told that i should order again. I told to the cashier that my order was not on the food tray and she asked for my receipt she said "I didn't punch it" like??? she didn't even say sorry for not putting my order. Was the cashier (Yanna) new? didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience? I wish they were trained before you put them on actual. I order Pancit Canton with drinks, while im ordering with my friend. When the food tray arrived only the drinks were there?? if you she didn't punch the pancit canton with drinks why there's a drinks in our tray? Then I ordered again because my friend told me to. Again, pancit canton with drinks and when it arrived, it was only the pancit canton?. Then I went to the cashier again and she didn't even apologize or say sorry or she forgot to put the drinks. We waited for our order, and when our number was called, I went to the counter to collect our food. The staff member or manager spilled the wonton mami on the tray and asked me to wait while he took the tray back to the kitchen. I’m unsure if they replaced the food or just put the spilled noodles back into the bowl. He returned with the noodles in just two minutes.

After receiving the food, I went back to the counter to get our drinks, but they asked for a receipt that wasn’t provided initially. When I got the drinks, I noticed there were no condiments for the siomai (toyomansi and chili oil), so I had to return to the counter. I also saw that the chicken didn’t come with gravy, so I had to go back again.

While eating, one of our kids asked about the sauce for the imperial chicken, and my husband inquired about the pancit canton that was supposed to be included with the chicken. I had to go back to the counter yet again, only to be told that the cashier had entered the wrong order and that the pancit canton wasn’t included.
