A budget friendly eatery in Sagada. They have two branches, the other one is near on your way to the public market. We had bulalo and daing na bangus (boneless). The bulalo hits right the spot, the broth is very soothing to the cold weather and the beef meat is very tender. The daing bangus was great too, well cooked with crispy layer. Perfect meal after all those trekking in the mountains and in the falls. The place is like your ordinary eatery, but they have various condiments of any kind. Just a heads up the condiments are self service. I had chili garlic for my bulalo. I might choose meals here over other restos in the area.

It’s really like one of those canteens that serve home cooked meals but fairly priced and really good tasting! The people from Sagada are not hurried though, so for those from Manila and like things “now na,” we’re just going to need to adjust a bit and wait 😄 Cash and GCash. Parking available across the street.

Great value for money! The sinampalukang manok was delicious. I loved that they added many vegetables. The bagnet sisig is a must try! Just make sure to take your maintenance meds hehe. The serving size is huge. Can be shared by 3 to 4 people. Open till 10pm. Most places in sagada close at 8 or 9pm

Great food, Great people, Great value for your money

Cuisina Igorota looks like a typical Pinoy eatery from outside, but even though it doesnt have the looks or flairs of restaurants in the area, give this place a shot, and you will not be disappointed

The food, while pricey at around 200 - 400 Php per dish, are HUGE servings, easily feeding 2-4 people. If you purchase a dish or two and then get some rice on the side, you will be full for the rest of the day, or have enough in your belly for a great night's sleep

The woman who runs the store and her various assistants are very helpful and hospitable. They explain the menu to both Filipino and Foreign tourists alike, and you feel taken care of, even if you are a complete stranger to the town

Finally, the food is filling and delicious. We ate Sisig, Pakbet, and another vegetarian option that I forgot, but it was absolutely mouth watering and of great value.

When we return to Sagada again in the future, Cuisina Igorota will be the first place I will eat at again. This place earns my personal recommendation to family...

We've been here twice today, that's how good it was. For me as a westerner and vegetarian the FIRST restaurant with actually good, original Filipino, and truly vegetarian dishes - and a good choice of them. But all other dishes have been great as well. Our first visit was for lunch, just two of us. But for dinner we brought our friends - a westerner and three Filipinos. We've all been VERY happy...
