I could have given an above average rating for this inn but two major flaws stopped me. The inn is clean, basic, no towels (but available upon request), no toiletries (so bring your own), has a kitchen where you can cook for a fee. The inn is situated on top of a hill and with a baby in tow, we asked for luggage assistance. We got the assistance that we needed but when Angie asked us if we brought some of our luggages up already and we said "yes," she made a side comment saying "ok. kasi hindi namin trabaho ang magdala ng lahat ng gamit nyo." It was rude, I thought. But I decided not to comment cause we just arrived. But it didn't leave a nice impression on us.||||Overall, our stay was okay and the owner John was nice and all but when our water heater needed to be fixed as it was smoking,he promised that he will replace the plug the next day (Feb 25). We were out the next day and had high hopes that we will be able enjoy a warm shower afterwards but it was never fixed. I was annoyed when he said he wasn't informed about it (or maybe he forgot??) Whatever the reason was, we had to shower using cold water in a cold Sagada weather before we left early in the morning of Feb 26th. He did offer for us to use the driver's quarter across the street but we refused as we can't be out in the cold early in the morning. ||||There are lots of room for improvement for this inn-- 1. customer service 2. promises made has to...
Read moreBooked the inn for it's very low price not expecting much. It was just a sudden urge to go travel. From the bus terminal near the market, I walked the almost 1km distance to the inn to scout the area. All downhill until u reach the base of the hill below the inn. Just several steps up. I was met by the caretaker and checked in easily. Beautiful site! I was given a room wt a balcony and a big glass window looking out at the mountains. Wow! For this price I get a view, hot water shower, big bed, wifi, and free unli mineral drinking water. Hot kettle, cups, dishes, and utensils were available. U pay extra if u cook. The caretaker said it was lean season so the low price. I was the only guest for 3 days on a lodge wt 6 rooms. I decided to walk up the hill to go back to the town center to check on the restos and cafes along the road. Luckily, our route was where a lot of the good restos and cafes are located. Definitely, I will recommend this place. And...

"Oh the stairs!" because you'll be needing extra energy walking upstairs especially after all the tiring activities. So might as well buy everything you need (like groceries) to reserve your energy, be careful with your steps and bring flashlight! :)||||Location & Amenities:||-15 mins walk from the Tourist Municipal Hall/Tourist Registration office, located at the right side.||-Near to the cave connection entrance (Sumaguing & Lumiang Caves) ||-Private room with private bathroom and hot shower||-with receiving area,Common kitchen and dining area||-Cooking is allowed (minimal fee of P50/day), basic utensils also provided, Free boiling for hot water||-Shuttle service for P50/one way to the town proper||-No internet connection/free wifi but at least the location have good network signal for mobile...
