The quality of the food has seen improvement over time, and it's apparent that the staff has put effort into remembering our favorite dishes, which adds a personal touch to our visits. However, the consistency of the food and serving sizes seems to fluctuate; some days the meals are exceptionally good and generously portioned, while on other days, they fall short of expectations. Despite these inconsistencies, the staff remains a highlight with their friendly and professional service. The cleanliness of the establishment and the ample parking space around the mall continue to make Max's a convenient dining option. The food tastes more like what you'd expect from an ordinary cafeteria than from a well-known restaurant. The quality doesn't justify the high prices, and the portion sizes are surprisingly small.
