Seafood By The Bay — Restaurant in Olongapo

IMPORTANT. READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT. Waited for over an hour for our food. I'm not kidding. I almost fell asleep. They served shakes first before the dishes. Their ingredients seem old, and they are not fresh, especially seafood. We included a spinach soup in our order, and after an hour of waiting, they later informed us that they can't serve us their spinach soup because the spinach that they currently have is old and rotting. That should've been a giveaway of what's to come. The grilled tuna that we ordered smells really bad, so bad that we asked it to be returned. It was so bad that just a whiff could get you a headache, and eating it would give you cancer or god knows what else. The texture of their seafood fried rice is weird, I found a small piece of shrimp skin in the mix, which I don't think should be in a fried rice. The color of the ingredients they mixed in the fried rice pales in color, probably hinting that the ingredients are not fresh. It looks like a depressed and decrepit fried rice, which, to my surprise, exists. They should rename their resto to Seafood In the Bay because all their seafoods are probably dead and just washed up...

Waste of time!!! Worst experience!!!

It's been an hour but our orders still not serve completed

They serve our Drinks&Shakes first and Sizzling Sisig 10 minutes after they take our order, Imagine our shake we order melted all the ice and our order still not yet served!! Even the sizzling plate of sizzling sisig turn to a cold plate 🤣 It's fine if we don't have Baby&Toddler companion that needs to eat because they are hungry we came 8:10pm then we cancelled all of our order by 9:30pm but we pay for the Drinks & Sizzling Sisig then we give the Sisig to a beggar kids outside 🤭

We were in doubt to come here at first coz of the bad reviews from the other costumers. But still we went here because this is where my fiance and i first met. I told her not to mind the reviews, if its bad then we'll charge it to our experience.

We went inside the restaurant and we were instantly greeted by the manager, offering their food and their buffet. He let us check the food first before we decided to stay and eat. They offer not so much variety of food in the buffet, just about 10 main courses and 2 side courses. They have a mini burger stand and a dessert bar.

All in all the service is great. The food is average but satisfying. Probably the price...
