I’m from out of town and treated my friends for lunch. I paid around P3600 for a group of 8. We order the unli pork and beef. The decor needs sprucing coz I think it totally outdated. The dishes are good but the seeping sauce seems dry. The meat they serve I’m sure are not fresh! I smelled them all and it has certain smell and taste. My friends are enjoying it so I didn’t tell them but I didn’t eat that much. I have tried it in Korea and Vancouver and their meat will definitely benefit if they seasoned them or maybe keep it fresh! I thought it’s one of the best that’s why I chose it. I’m glad that Im not local coz I twill totally skip this place :(

We had the unlimited beef and pork. Pork belly cuts were rather thick while the beef was thin, both perfect for grilling (frying). Meats were continuously being cooked as we ate and only stopped when we told them. Banchan was fine, not particularly great and their kimchi may be a bit hot but it was rather bland on spices (gochugaru, garlic etc). Only order their unli-fares if hungry to get your money's worth. Great service also. Best to sit outside, no proper exhaust for the smoke inside the restaurant.

I've been going here for years and a trip to Subic doesn't feel complete without eating here. The prices here are decent and the food served has been consistently good. Staff are friendly and nice. However, another thing that has stayed consistent is the environment, it's really just bland and has always been.

Poor quality and food.

We tried their unli syampgeopsal and beef option at P420 each. 2 adults and 1 child. Note that this option only offers unmarinated parts.

Pork part is a thick slab of pork belly. Please dont expect the thin slices usually served in other similar restos. But this was acceptable.

Beef part was the worst part. Thin slices of beef. But we couldn't chew and swallow them. I tried 2 times but both times they got stuck in my throat and I had to pull it out with my fingers.

I asked for a different serving of beef hoping I was just served a bad batch. The server told me they gave me a new batch.

I cooked 1 slice only to make sure I didnt overcook it. Same thing. Both me and my wife couldnt swallow them still.

Gave them 1 last chance and asked them to cook it infront of us. They did that and told me that I was supposed to overcook it and make it tostado/ crispy. First time to hear that for beef.

Still the same thing. We still couldnt swallow it. Also, their beef tasted like paper. No taste at all.

It seems they serve old batches of beef that was defrosted and frozen again.

I requested to just pay for 1 person at P420 only eventhough we really didnt get to to eat. They just didnt charge my daughter who just ate rice and 1 pc of hotdog then asked us to pay P720.

Even after doing intermittent fasting and not eating for the past 18 hours, eating that kind of food wasnt worth it.

We just bought fried chicken from Ministop which was infront of them...

Al Fresco Dine-In, family of 6 seated near the stairs to your entrance, October 30, 2021 (3PM to 4PM)

Food is kinda okay but don't recommend due to the following:

Rice is dry - is this really an Asian resto? Too much flies/insects - they seem to be even more attracted when we placed the candles on the table. The times I tried to swat the flies away are far greater than the times I chewed my food. Terrible service - to the Ate Server who keeps ignoring us when we were trying to raise our hands and call you. When we left, that's the only time you approached our table and TOOK THE TIP. Yes, we saw you (we were in our car). I hope you give the tip to the Kuya Server. He was the only one diligently serving us.

To the owner: Hope you train or check your employees' attitudes. I saw some comments in 2020 similar to mine and it still remains the same in 2021.

This is my first time reviewing a restaurant online. I posted this on other media platforms. I hope you guys improve. The server and the place outside truly disappointed us. Note that we normally eat outside...

4 days ago, 4 diners

We had the unlimited samgyeopsal. We were initially served with four slices of pork belly cuts with some sliced potatoes, sausages and onions. The pork belly cuts were just fine, ideal for grilling. Banchan were simple just about 5 different side dishes, some are not rifillable. They serve us some mix of lettuce and napa cabbage for samgyeopsal which for me napa cabbage for samgyeopsal is a big no no. The serving size of banchan were only good for one person so you'll have to frequently call the staff for refill. Same with pork belly, when we asked for refill we were given one slice at a time even if we asked for additional 2-3 slices. Flooring is quite oily, they should give it a good...
