Me, family and friends used to love Chatime but now I don't know. They don't have consistency on making their drinks. Also, the matchamisu didn't mix well. The powder was sticking on my throat that kept me coughing and coughing. You'll see the the proof on the pic I attached. Look closely on the straw! Plus, the drinks increased the prices! Too much! They should increase the quality and the workers! They don't even wear gloves when working. They touch the rug and clean then they make drinks and serve!
