I’ve been a loyal customer of Jing Ting at City of Dreams (UG level) for about nine years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most consistently excellent Chinese restaurants in Pasay City, Manila. From the very beginning, their quality has never dipped — the food, the service, and the overall experience have remained top-notch throughout the years. It’s rare to find a place where you know exactly what to expect every time: delicious meals and warm, attentive service.
What I appreciate the most about Jing Ting is how they've stayed true to their core menu. While some may see that as a lack of variety, I actually see it as a commitment to perfecting what they do best. Their Northern fried noodles and XO sauce fried rice are my personal favourites—I always order these two together, and they never disappoint. The flavours are bold, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. It’s the kind of comfort food that keeps you coming back, and it’s always served hot and fresh.
This is also the place I love bringing my family to. It’s become a weekly tradition for us to dine here at least once — that’s how much we enjoy it. We’ve celebrated casual weekends and even small milestones at Jing Ting. The staff recognize us at this point, and that sense of familiarity makes the dining experience even better. It’s a great spot not just for a quick meal, but for sharing time and good food with loved ones.
If you're visiting for the first time, I highly recommend trying the Northern fried noodles, XO sauce fried rice, noodles with tomato and egg, and the minced pork with stir-fried eggplant — all of these dishes are excellent. One thing I’d personally skip is the dumplings. In my opinion, they don’t quite measure up to the same standard as their noodle and rice dishes. But aside from that, everything else is fantastic. Overall, I’d easily give Jing Ting a 5-star rating — and if you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ll see me there enjoying another...
Read moreWe had the “Fried rice Beijing Style with cabbage and pork belly” and the “Genghis Khan beef short ribs.”
The fried rice was good, good portion size, and very fair price. However, they do not use cabbage in the dish, they use shredded iceberg lettuce, which is weird as iceberg isn’t meant to be cooked/it’s not even close to cabbage.
The beef short ribs were very disappointing. The portion size is small, the texture was tough/chewy = not slow cooked, and the flavor was not good. It’s very expensive for a bad dish.

The food came, spicy pork is too dry. Not worth it compared to the price point.
Fried rice is good. Par with price.
Tea given has no taste. Already diluted it seems.
The likes of north park, hap chan, and davids is better compared here.
