My Honest Review of Rossi Pizza – City of Dreams Manila Rossi Pizza at City of Dreams Manila has become one of my go-to places whenever I’m craving a high-quality meal that doesn't feel overhyped or overly commercial. I’ve dined here multiple times, and every visit just confirms why this spot is a hidden gem in the complex.
Let’s start with the pizza — this is not your ordinary pizza. It’s baked to absolute perfection, with that crisp-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside crust that tells you it was made with real attention to detail. The flavors are rich and well-balanced, the ingredients taste fresh, and the quality truly feels elevated — like a taste of luxury in every bite. My personal favorite? A custom 5-meat pizza with cream sauce. It’s not on the regular menu, but it’s always prepared exactly how I want it. The Mushroom Pizza and Peperoni Pizza are also bestsellers for a reason — they're delicious, simple, and satisfyingly savory.
I also regularly order their Caesar Salad — it’s fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed every single time. It’s a staple for me whenever I eat there, whether I'm dining in or ordering out. It pairs so well with their pizzas, it’s almost become part of my default Rossi order.
Now here’s something most people probably don’t talk about enough — Rossi’s ice cream. I genuinely think it’s the best in town. It has that smooth, creamy texture with bold flavors that feel indulgent yet perfectly balanced. It’s not overly sweet, and it doesn’t feel like your usual soft-serve dessert — it’s next level. I always make sure to save room for it at the end of my meal, and I honestly think it deserves way more hype than it gets.
I’ve also noticed some negative reviews floating around online, and to be honest, I’m not sure where they’re coming from. I’ve only had top-tier service every time I’ve been there — the staff are attentive, polite, and genuinely welcoming. The pricing is more than reasonable considering you’re dining in a luxury resort, and the quality of the food easily justifies the cost. It feels like there’s a bit of unwarranted criticism from people who may have come in with unrealistic expectations. From my experience, Rossi is honest, consistent, and truly good.
If you're looking for a high-quality pizza spot with surprisingly great ice cream, excellent service, and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, I genuinely recommend Rossi Pizza. It's become part of my regular dining rotation, and I don’t see that changing...

Jan 2024: We ordered our usual favorites, 4-cheese pizza and spinach ravioli. It's always freshly cooked and taste is on point. But this time their gelato wasn't good. Read moreWe visited this restaurant last evening and asked the waiter, attending to us, if he could heat our baby’s food which we were carrying in a small box. To our surprise he came up to tell us that we will be charged P700 (you read that right) P700, for heating a small tiny box of baby home cooked food. We have been eating out at so many restaurants in Manila and across the Philippines, and never any of them has ever refused or even demanded a single penny to heat baby food that we brought from home. We were so disappointed that we told the waiter that we’d not like to place any food orders with them and want to clear the payments of the drinks we had ordered and leave. Even when we told him that this was by far the worst service that we have experienced at any restaurant here in Manila, he was absolutely unapologetic and smirked and said we could talk to his manager. Can only conclude that the staff here, including the manager, have no regards or courtesy whatsoever and do not value their customers. I do not recommend this place and will never forget the humiliation faced in...
