Santouka Hokkaido Ramen | Ayala Malls Manila Bay — Restaurant in Parañaque

Do not dine here. Not worth your money! Unprofessional staff. Not trained well. I worked in the hospitality industry for more than 7 years and I know a good customer service when I see one.

We had dinner here as we were craving for a ramen, it’s our first time to dine here and one thing for sure is that we will not come back here especially to this branch.

Worst ramen I’ve tasted! Seems like an instant noodles. Comparing to other ramen restos within same price range. The only good was the Spicy Salmon Maki.

Another thing, there were a big group of family eating near our table, they were talking and laughing so loud, as if they rented the place as their private function, and childen running around. They were super loud! We asked the waiter nicely if they could atleast talked it out with them as we wanted a little peaceful dinner. He said he talked to the manager about it. Nothing happened, we just rushed to finish our dinner so that we could get out immediately. When we asked for the bill, the girl Team Leader handed us the receipt and so we tried to tell her our concern thinking there would be some actions, and para lang kaming kumakausap sa hangin. Everyone should try the Awase Aji Ramen because the broth is not oily at all and it was the perfect mixture of everything. It was so good we finished the broth and it is totally worth the price.

The Shio Ramen from SET G was creamy and full of flavor. It included a small salad as an appetizer and a scoop of matcha ice cream for dessert. This set will definitely make you full as it is a complete meal.

The Iced Tea Shake is your regular house blend so taste is subjective but as someone who likes it on the sweeter side, it was a good pick for the drink.

There was a situation with our gcash transaction as it takes a long time to reflect on their end but their staff communicated the issue well to us. After waiting, the issue was resolved and we commend their servers for being truthful and transparent.

Their ramen could be pricy for some people but I would be willing to spend more for quality food...

We’ve been dining in santouka a lot of times but in moa branch the standard there is superb, food quality and service. First in this branch and we were devastated with the quality and service. PORTION IS SMALL EVEN WITH REGULAR ORDER The ramen is malansa not the creamy and light ramen like in moa, the salmon katsu is a disgrace sobrang lansa and taste old, staffs are not friendly and they are judging customers based on looks. The place has a moldy smell, hoping for a surprise inspect to you all, i should’ve take it as a bad sign not to eat pero since we are craving the ramen of that brand we still continue to dine. Moa branch parin tlaga ang nag uupkeep ng image, it happens na we are going to snr that’s why we chose to dine in ayala pero never again, not worth every cent and time.
