Fresh meat (high five for the marinated beef bulgogi), accomodating wait staff, authentic tasting kimchi, pleasant ambience
*They don't accept reservation but cannot easily accommodate large groups. We were 15 and got seated after 1.5 hours. Mgmt should consider accepting reservation for big groups *Pajeon, iced tea, gimbap, steamed egg, and bill took a while to arrive; we had to follow up multiple times *Limited side dishes *Rude frontdesk personnel - Children below 3ft are free. We measured my daughter and she was few cm below their 3ft mark (Note that she was our birthday celebrant so I didn't ask anymore to take advantage of their birthday promo which would make her free as well). Thus, I said we only have 1 kid to be paid half. I thought we were already good with that. Upon bill out, we saw we were being charged for 2 kids. I told the wait staff we only have 1 kid to be charged as my daughter was below 3ft and the other kid we have is an infant. Wait staff said he would clarify. The frontdesk personnel (Luisa) arrived and insisted we have 2 kids for paying. My daughter was asleep this time. I corrected that 2 of our kids is free - 1 infant and my daughter then pointed at my niece who we would be paying half. She asked that we measure my kid again, when clearly, she saw that my daughter was sleeping! The insensitivity just to prove herself right. I asked for a tape measure as I said I will not wake my baby up (she spent 3 hours playing at Fun City so I know she was tired). Luisa left. My brother went to speak with the other staff and I noticed the conversation heating up as Luisa was insisting she was right. Since the bill took a while to arrive and some of our group was already waiting outside, we just went with the route of the birthday promo to finalize our bill. I went to speak to the frontdesk personnel as I didn't appreciate her approach and showed her the picture of my daughter's baby book which her pedia sent for her recent vaccination (May 21, 2 weeks before our visit). I showed her the pedia's measurement of my daughter which is 85cm (2.94 feet). She apologized but then she added "we follow po kase yung measurement namin". That is not an apology!!! Management should train their frontdesk personnel on how to provide proper customer service. Highly...
Read moreAs a mother, I was deeply concerned when my daughter shared her experience at this restaurant on March 16, 2025. She and her boyfriend were enjoying their meal when they requested a griller change because it had already become charred, even though they were only on their first round of meat. Unfortunately, the staff removed the griller without any warning, causing hot oil to drip onto my daughter's thigh. The oil was very hot, and in her instinct to wipe it off, she also scraped her skin. Now, she is worried that the burn may leave a scar. She immediately asked for a burn ointment, which was provided.
The assistant manager, Ms. Dana, approached them to ask what happened, and my daughter explained that it was due to the staff’s lack of care—possibly poor training as well. While I appreciate that the management took the right step by calling the mall’s first aid team and providing some medical supplies, it was not enough. When she got home, she still had to buy additional supplies, including medical tape worth ₱150, to properly treat the wound.
What was most disappointing was that, despite the pain and the fact that they were unable to continue eating, they were still charged the full amount. No discount or voucher was offered as a courtesy, even though their meal was cut short due to the injury. While the food may have been good, this experience highlights a serious need for better staff training on safety and customer care. A simple gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way.
For some reason, my daughter and her boyfriend were unable to post their review. It seemed like the system was not accepting it or their names were being filtered—I don’t know why. That’s why, as a mother, I am posting this review myself, so others will be aware and so that the store can improve its service in handling situations like this. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback to prevent similar accidents from happening to...
Read moreFood was good. Service was bad.
We had to wait and they had our group listed down when we asked how long is the wait time going to be sabi 2hours daw limit per table and we were 10th in line so our group decided to play first kesa sa mag wait lang dun sa tapat ng resto. When we came back, back to bottom list uli kasi turns out natawag na daw kami 3x and so crossed out na kami. We couldn’t give our number for them to contact kasi sabi nung nasa harap bawal daw no reason given yun lang sabi niya bawal.
We still wanted to try and so we waited again. Finally its our turn, they let you choose already cuz when you get seated table’s already set and meats are there ready to be cooked. First, our first order of meats were incomplete upon double checking. Second, service was slow, we had to ask for a follow up ng 2x regarding our meat orders(im not being OA legit 2x kami nag follow up and shy type kami so imagine the time intervals cuz we had to choose sino samin mag ask for a follow up lol). Idk if short staff sila or what pero ang bagal talaga. Eventually nag improve? After our 2nd set of orders we didnt have to wait that long for them to serve and change the grill everytime we ask someone to do it.
Food was good and walang tapon from banchan to meats. Price was reasonable considering the quality of the food talaga kasi you’ll end up very busog and not umay. Sadyang mabagal lang yung service so if mahaba pasensya mo worth the...
