Bakahan at Manukan — Restaurant in Pasay

Not sure what to say. The waiter brought the menu and I asked for a beer. He said he did not know if they had any cold beer and asked if he could bring a warm beer and a glass of ice. I said no and he grudgingly said he would find a cold one. That was the last time I saw him until I went to the cashier and asked to pay for my beer. I patiently waited 1/2 hour for him to take my order, yet he never came back to my table nor would he make eye contact with me. It wasn't like the restaurant was busy, only 2 tables had people and one already had food. My guess...he doesn't like foreigners. I would rate this place 5 stars!! Im not sure the waiter or chef who took our order but he was really helpful and welcoming!! The place is a bit small but the food was beyond delicious than every restaurant I tried! The bulalo is huge than expected and I love the Filipino representation of the food!!
