If you will be staying for quarantine after flight here are my tips. 1. Book only for a night if you took swab test on a private institution (not red cross) since results are already out within 24 hrs. Even if you choose red cross, i suggest yoy only book for a day since if you need to extend to wait for your result, it will be the hotels responsibility to handle your quarantine. No refund for any changes or cancellation. Same as the usual booking rule so that's ok but to avoid that, do not book more than a day. 2. The drinking water is located in the common area. Yes. Common area on your floor! They will allow you to walk around to get your own water there. Its not a really a problem but if you think about it, what if you met someone that is already carrying a virus. Scary right. 3. This is just my experience, but when I was asleep, i heard a knock in the middle of the night. I was just about to go up when I heard the unlocking sound on my door and a crew slip his head and ask to pardon his intrusion he just want to confirm if there are no leaking water in the room. He said that the water was suddenly cut off so they just want to check if there are no faucet left open while the water was gone. I was shocked because what If I was already in deep sleep? Will he just go inside ang check the faucet? Imagine my reaction if I caught him already inside my room. He could have called my room from the phone fo Gods sake! I know that he didn't mean any harm and seems a good guy but that scared the hell out of me. I didn't bother to lock my room because i was too tired to get up and double lock before I sleep and I know that no one can enter my room. I think the staff need a deep briefing about this. 4. The safety box does not work. No battery. 5. The shower, bidet everything in the shower room are very rusty though still working. 6. The floor stinks. 7. The AC drips after a long use. 8. No room slippers. 9. The food are pricey. A whole day food will cost you 20$ / 1000 php (assuming you will order the cheapest) There is a 50% corkage for outside food so you have no choice but to order with them. 10. The price per night does not measure to the services you will receive. ๐Ÿ˜Š Those are just my experience. But the staff and food service are good. The staffs are accommodating. The will really help you with everything and willing to go extra mile to answer your inquiry. Other services are not hotel-like but maybe it was because of the pandemic. There is no problem choosing this hotel as a quarantine hotel. I think some of them might be able to be handle by the staff if you address them during your stay. I just didn't bother coz I'm too tired to talk and just wanted to sleep immediately. But I will not suggest this for a staycation during this pandemic.

The hotel presents itself very well and the staff was ok. We reserved on their website the standard room with window (1500 php) that in our case, was clean and nice looking. The problems however started early on, the check-in took 1 hour so the hospitality was poor, as we queued at the reception the staff asked our IDs and said we will be called, it was already crowded and it took forever because of the disorganisation, then literally 2 different guests were called before us even though they came later than us.. and it was because all the guest IDs were shuffled around their desk, no "first came first served" or whatsoever at all. The cherry on the cake was when we were finally called to have our keys, the staff lady called us with the name of another guest xD so i was quite disappointed with this. I highly suggest coming later!! Don't come at 4 pm as they suggest because you'll have to wait forever. The room in details: The shower sink flooded very easily so we had to take our shower faster than usual to not flood the cr, then at night the water went missing unexpectedly and came back only around 9 am. The mattress is a spring one, and it was not a whole mattress, it is two separate mattresses put together, so you will feel the line in between if you sleep with your partner together. I was about to give 3 stars however if they at least had a functional cafe/bar/breakfast place for the morning but no, you are forced to call them and order the room service which of course will cost you. (which is funny considering they have a whole floor furnished only with tables and chairs) The lounge with pool was nice looking but the glass bordering the pool was very dirty as much as the water, right there they had a sort of breakfast buffet (looked very improvised) which was lacking of almost every choice already at 8:00 am and of course you have to pay for that as well around 250 pesos (really not worth it for the poor choice of food there is..) so we honestly preferred to buy and eat doughnuts and pan the regla in a shop just literally in front of the hotel, which had more choice and costed even less, masarap naman :D Behind the hotel there is a small parking area with a guard at the gate, it costs 50 pesos to park there. So why is this nice looking hotel performing like this?? We think it's probably because the owners started in grand and had this good concept for a hotel but during these last years they failed to improve the maintenance of the hotel, their staff is clearly disorganized and just have to work with what they have.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights in these futuristic-architecturally-designed boutique hotel. I have booked for a Double-Standard Twin with a View. When you arrive in the hotel they gave away welcome drink stubs that you can claim in their cafe just next to their receiving area. The check - in time is usually 3pm but we were lucky to have been checked -in early due to medical conditions at no extra charge.

Soon as the room was available the receptionist Steff was already up in our room checking if everything was properly prepared for us and Joric assisted me and my son up to our room and we were also greeted warmly by the housekeeping staff. They gave us a clean room with freshly changed sheets and covers.

The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and so as the pillows. The room is fully equipped with warm lights and a hanging lamp for when you are reading or working on your lappy. The room have at least 7 working power outlets๐Ÿ”Œand 2 usb-power outlets just in case you only brought your cables for your phones with you. Storage area of the luggage is located just under your floating bed ๐Ÿ›. Electric kettle is provided with 2 cups โ˜•, teaspoons and saucers, they also provide a breakable water container๐Ÿถwhich you can fill in with the free supply of distilled water that is located just outside every corner of the floor, 2 glasses is also provided. A mini fridge for your convenience is also provided. Hair dryers are provided upon requests. Bath robe is also available for only 100 pesos rental fee. Bathroom also equipped with hot and cold shower, toiletries, a bidet and clean set of towels everyday. Cable TV with selected channels for your entertainment is also available. The room design was well-tailored to backpackers or minimalist travelers and/or to small families too.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful during our stay especially Steff, Devin and Joric 1 and Joric 2 hahaha ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. The hotel is always jam-packed and full of guests at all times so I would understand if most of the staffs are too busy trying to entertain the guests. Just a little request I hope you give us a turn around time for our requests just so we know how long to wait. The housekeeping staff are always greeting us whenever we pass them. The staff at the pool area needs to lighten up their mood and also be attentive for when there's a customer that just came in for a meal. On our first day My son and I went up to have our breakfast but no one gave us a menu or anything and so we went back to our room and I called the resto from our room, the man who answered the phone seems very preoccupied because when I told him I needed our food delivered he uttered the words, "Maam, we are still busy and can't entertain delivery for now." I was a bit shocked and speechless ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ I then told him that we went to the resto & nobody was entertaining us and we are famished, I just said to him not to bother at all. So we went out to grab our food. I understand these kind of situation but please re-train the restaurant staff on proper manners in answering the phone. Plus the bar is full of dirty dishes kindly work on that too. ๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Our Second and Third day experience in the restaurant was all cool and did improve ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚

Room service took at least 15 to 20 mins and the food served was well plated too and the food tastes good with big serving. Outside food or any food delivery service is not allowed but if you persists in taking in outside food they'll charge a certain corkage for it. You can order food from their restaurant and the food is worth for its price.

Hotel is equipped with Air Pods, Infinity Pool, Lounges and Swinging pods. Hotel is well maintained too.

The hotel is near convenience stores, laundry shops, 15 mins away from the airport and near Manila Attractions.

Value for Money is worth every penny.

Overall experience is superb, relaxed, homey!!

Thank you to Sir Dam Parcon for your hospitality. And to Steff, Devin and Joric for helping us during our stay. Kudos to you all and hoping for another great stay...

RODENT BIGGER THAN A FULL GROWN CAT FOUND IN THE SKYBAR! DO NOT BOOK THIS FILTHY HOTEL!

I wonder why despite so many bad reviews, it goes unnoticed

THE PRICE The rates in this hotel is expensive compared to the experience it gives the customers. I paid almost 6K for 3 pax and did not get my moneyโ€™s worth

THE SERVICE The guard in the front entrance was soooooooooooo RUDE! you can check your cctvs or your schedule to know who Iโ€™m talking about (incident happened July 5 between 4:20-4:30) if you will review your cctvs I was the red suv trying to park while your guard was trying to shoo me away because according to him the front parking are reserved for โ€œevent guestsโ€ and I should park at the other block!, I find it so stupid. He even did not assist me after shooing me away and just went his way to assist a white van parking because the van is an even guest. Finally I get to park at the back of the hotel where there are parking for hotel guests.

the receptionists were either not friendly or hospitable at all, they would not smile, they will ask you to provide for your booking number even if they have it on their computer. Better to bring IDs of all who will check in with you as this is the only hotel I knew who would ask for an ID even of youโ€™re companion is a kid. I mentioned that I would be adding another companion and the receptionist immediately cut me while I was talking stating I need to pay 800 plus deposit, feels like theyโ€™re in a hurry to get rid pf talking to customers. I was asked to sit in an OROCAN plastic chair in the lobby while they do the check in process. I was called in again by this time a male receptionist and asked to sign the forms that despite printing you still have to fill in the names of all your companions, kinda stupid that they already asked for the IDs and then give you a printed paper with your booking details but you need to rewrite your companions details. Theyโ€™ll give you 1 keycard even if I have 2 more companions, I asked for an additional keycard and the receptionist was hesitant at first, when O raised my voice and asked of thereโ€™s additional cost again the receptionist just said heโ€™ll give me another one

THE ROOMS far from what was posted in Agoda! I booked for an Executive Suite just to be sent to a room with no windows, Iโ€™m a claustrophobic so I asked if I can be transferred to a room with a window, the male receptionist whom Iโ€™m talking from the phone just said he will call me back BUT HE NEVER DID! I have to call again for 3x but no one was picking up from the receptionist, after 3 attempts finally a female receptionist answer and I have to repeat my questions again she said sheโ€™ll try to transfer me but it would be a downgrade, A DOWNGRADE OF ROOM WITH NO REFUND AT ALL! When I checked the room where they would transfer us it barely fits 2 people, so we decided to stay in the original room The room feels dirty, aside from being claustrophobic, I also have allergic rhinittis and the moment I stepped into the room I went sneezing the whole stay

THE RESTROOM the restrooms in the room barely fits a child - itโ€™s soooo SMALL! The racks / bars inside the restroom are rusty Door locks doesnโ€™t function well

THE ROOFTOP after attending the event my kids and I decided to go to the rooftop to check on the pool nothing fancy about the pool While chilling in the bar a RODENT BIGGER THAN A CAT chills with you!

If you will be staying for quarantine after flight here are my tips. The drinking water is located in the common area. Yes. Common area on your floor! They will allow you to walk around to get your own water there. Its not a really a problem but if you think about it, what if you met someone that is already carrying a virus. Scary right. The safety box does not work. No battery. The shower, bidet everything in the shower room are very rusty though still working. The floor stinks. The AC drips after a long use. No room slippers. The food are pricey. A whole day food will cost you 20$ / 1000 php (assuming you will order the cheapest) There is a 50% corkage for outside food so you have no choice but to order with them. The price per night does not measure to the services you will receive. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Those are just my experience. But I will not suggest this for a staycation during...
