Selah lofts hotel and selah pods are in the same building and next to each other. Check-in/check-out is inefficient and require (foreign traveller) passport, vaccination proof, 1000 pesos deposit. Upon check out they will have someone go up to your room and check the condition it is in before giving the okay to refund deposit. Rooms are a decent size but have no natural soundproofing so you can hear everything from the cars to people fixing up the place. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. The air conditioning is old and they haven't changed the filter, you can expect to smell mould. This doesn't bother me much but may bother others who are picky. Television turns on but the cable could not detect any working channels. Aside from toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and toilet paper; all other toiletries you will have to bring yourself. The area feels safe and I had no problems walking out at night to near by convenience stores. Grab drivers and food delivery may be a little late as it is a super busy road and some may cancel on you due to traffic. Overall a decent place given how close it is to SM mall of Asia.

Our small staycation was simple yet the basic needs are met in a hotel as a first timer to book via trip.com (Nov. 23-24, 2024). They were able to cater to our needs immediately from checking-in which only took 5 minutes to be endorsed to our room, breakfast, even some room concerns (such as a clogged toilet, etc.), until checking out. Upon entering the room, everything was provided on the cork wall for the directory, menu, and all. WiFi has no password (only QR) but it was fast. The lighting was cozy and romantic. My partner and I were so relaxed all night. There was a water dispenser outside the room and you have your own set of pitchers and glasses inside the room to refill a lot instead of constantly going out and in. There was also a cooler which is a big plus. Outside food is okay as long as it is consumed inside the room and not on their rooftop dining area.Their bathrooms are clean, no hairs, clean towels, and hangers. I love their 3-in-1 shampoo-conditioner-soap but I still used my own shampoo and conditioner since it kinda made my hair frizzy and hard to comb. Nevertheless, it smells reallyyyyy good. There were lounges and chairs to relax on the 8th and 10th floor and on the rooftop. The pool was a bit cold so we did not opt to swim but it looked clean. The food was at par. Their prices are reasonable. Serving time and amount was adequate. My partner was a Muslim but they catered his needs by serving non-pork meals. Coffee was an unlimited refill. If you include breakfast on the package in the app, there is an option to upgrade to a buffet by adding 249 pesos per head. But for me, the options were a bit little so I didn't opt for it and there are a lot of pork meals which my partner couldn't eat. But here's one thing, their garlic rice is superb! The only cons we observed was that the cable on the tv is loose so sometimes we have to adjust to resolve the signal, the safe box was not functioning, vehicles can be heard from the bustling buendia avenue, and moving or rocking chairs from the floor above can be heard.Nevertheless, our overall stay here was cozy and simple. We will definitely visit again esp if the other side of the hotel is done. Thank you for giving such a wonderful and relaxing experience...

to rate my stay in General, this Hotel can be promisinmy wife and kid loved the pool set up at day and night. Rooms have a cold aircon and working hot cold ahower. Sira ang Vault sa room 805 kaya diko napakinabangan to keep my valuebles. Medyo mainit lang sa lobby that wont provide you relief when one comes in from the busy , dusty and humid thoroughfare outside. One instance that actually annoyed me as a guest is on my second night of stay March 15 around 11PM, i enjoyed drinking at the Sky Bar and went down outside the front parking to have a smoke before calking it a night, when a guard of the hitel asked me to transfer my parking. The fact that i dont driink and drive plus i dont really have my car keys with me, i politely refused. Fact number 2 was earlier at 10Pm i wasnt able to park on the side which is vacant but a Taxi was blocking it so the earlier guard told and assisted me to park almost at the lobby front. I actually requested the other day to the other guards to let me park by the front parking instead theire parking space several meters away from the hotel. But this particular guard on March 15, is actually insistent and showing me actions of dissappointment from my refusal to his instruction..i told him that he should have informed the front desk and the desk to call me at my room earlier before i went to skybar. His gestures and show of dismay brought me a feeling of awkwardness and ask him what he would have do if i didnt went down and went staright back to my room after the skybar. But just to settle the score, I finally gave in and went up 8th floor to get my car keys and drove drunk my car and transferred to the slot where we agreed. Aside from this disgusting experience, i recommended this Hotel to my friends and by my photos they are actually impressed specially the hanging pods which is a unique feature of this cute and...

supposed to be good staycation for family turns to be worst nightmare . dont ever booked this if you have child with you. my son peed the sheet/bed while we were sleeping . upon inspection they charge us P5000 pesos due to discoloration on sheet. they mentioned it reached the mattress but we dont see it ourselves they just sent us a photo . we're already at the lobby. i asked to clean it my self or if they can somehow lowered the fee fine since its still reusable its not that it got damaged intentionally or not reusable anymore.im willing to pay . at least give some discount especially we are on a budget and got room accomodation for P1800 and the fee is P5000. they dont agree with the discount, were asking if we can pay P3000 instead . its my husband bday supposed to be a good day but they dont hear our plead and tell us they can only do P500 less which leaving us paying P4500 plus the accomodation total of P6300 for a night. I know because of my 6yo son got peed on bed that is why we came to this . it just that i didnt expect them to be so unconsiderate specially when i checked the history of selah hotel its like owner is christian 🥲 anyway if this is really the policy , a fine of P5000, i hope other guest will not experience this especially those who have tight budget🫠🥲 what if we dont have anymeans to pay or extra money, i guess they will just throw us to jail because of the thing we really dont expect to happen. NEVER again SELAH🥲our day was really ruined and the day we supposed to celebrate turns into NIGHTMARE that will serve as a lesson and traumatic event not to go to any selah property/hotel.(its like you cannot bring child on a staycation with you...
