I recently dined at The Singing Cooks & Waiters Atbp. and I must say, my experience was a mixed bag. While there were some positives, there were also aspects that left me quite disappointed.

Let's start with the positives. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the waiters and cooks singing, which added a unique touch to the dining experience.

However, the positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects. I was taken aback by the attitude of the staff, particularly one waiter named Jhon who displayed a rude demeanor. Not only did he question my choice of order, suggesting that combining "beef kare kare and ginataang manok" could cause health issues, (stomach upset) but he also inquired about our place of residence. Frankly, I found this line of questioning intrusive and irrelevant to my dining experience.

To add to the frustration, the waiter cleared our table without seeking our permission, which disrupted our meal and left us feeling rushed.

Highly recommendable. The establishment is heavily Filipino themed which is great for tourists and Filipinos who wants to get in touch of their own culture. They're very friendly and accommodating. The waiters and chefs are true performers! They provide an all-out performance regardless if they're a lot of people or not. Dining there is such a novel experience; I can only describe it as being inside a musical. Waiters will spontaneously sing and engage with the audience. They don't simply sing in front of a stage but rather makes the whole restaurant their stage.

More than the delightful performance, the food is very commendable as well. I love how authentic the Filipino cuisine is. The Sinigang is very maasim, Adobo is malasa, and the everything else is just tasty.
