On my arrival, ive got questions reg my parking but it seemed that your reception area is irritated with customers who just wNts to be guided accordingly. Internet is slow, laundry bag plastics were not available and when we were checking out the receptionist asked us to wait for d room to be checked out. We waited for 35 mins.guests left out already then went back to d reception only to find out we were forgotten. That receptionist took d nerve of asking me if I gave her back d keycard. I asked hed again didnt check her drawer, asked her again if she forgot about us( my husband and I) only to find out that she really forgot about us... Were waiting for so long in that seat. We got an appt and were rushing..imagine she didnt make a ff through. We keep waiting till my husband told me to ff up. About the bfast, the scrambled eggs were not the quality type in japan as in stated in the review.. too poor service but the room is very clean cozy and cold. Hoping ull improve on your rooms. Music wasnt functioning, remote was not working due to batteries only to find out that the tv box of skycable was not plugged at all. Hoping when you turn over something its already a done thing but unfortunately no checking upon this people who takes charge if room is already ok upon turn over to customers.. as a whole experience...

We stayed here on a Friday so we were fortunate enough to try their buffet @Kaishu restuarant, East meets West. The food are very good, fresh and just very delicious. The servers were polite and addressed our concerns quickly despite the numerous guests that day. On our second day though, there were no buffet options so we tried Cafe Le Amoretto. Their breakfast buffet was awesome but for dinner, the options are a little bit limited. The bulalo was not that tasty and the food were served already a bit cold. We also had a hard time getting the attention of the servers at the time, even for billing out. We almost fell asleep as we waited close to 20 mins just to get our bill. No one else was in the restaurant aside from us so we were puzzled with the sluggishness of the service.
All in all, the stay was great. Clean and comfy. But for longer stays, like more than 3 days, you better checkout other dining options nearby to satisfy...

So I sustained multiple first degree burns. I informed the hotel staff but initially we just used the drinking glasses as dipper/tabo since the faucet is working then later provided us with pail and dipper. They later informed us that they could not fixed the problem yet so we had to wait the next day.
The next day had come, we thought the shower was already working. We tried it and both of us got injured. My companion got more severe scald burns. We informed the staff about it but no action was made.
What is frustrating is NO MEDICAL ATTENTION was to our burns. They only decided to transfer us when we retaliated already. When we talked this to them, they never reached out to us.
The hotel is owned by a Japanese company I believe and it does not embody a Japanese hospitality but rather a careless, heartless type of accommodation. Not a good hotel. It was traumatic. This is the first time that a hotel never tried to reach out after problems were...
