On my arrival, ive got questions reg my parking but it seemed that your reception area is irritated with customers who just wNts to be guided accordingly. Internet is slow, laundry bag plastics were not available and when we were checking out the receptionist asked us to wait for d room to be checked out. We waited for 35 mins.guests left out already then went back to d reception only to find out we were forgotten. That receptionist took d nerve of asking me if I gave her back d keycard. I asked hed again didnt check her drawer, asked her again if she forgot about us( my husband and I) only to find out that she really forgot about us... Were waiting for so long in that seat. We got an appt and were rushing..imagine she didnt make a ff through. We keep waiting till my husband told me to ff up. About the bfast, the scrambled eggs were not the quality type in japan as in stated in the review.. too poor service but the room is very clean cozy and cold. Hoping ull improve on your rooms. Music wasnt functioning, remote was not working due to batteries only to find out that the tv box of skycable was not plugged at all. Hoping when you turn over something its already a done thing but unfortunately no checking upon this people who takes charge if room is already ok upon turn over to customers.. as a whole experience...

It's really nice and clean and the staff are polite and accommodating. Just be careful if you leave food inside your room. We left a loaf of bread (unopened) and found it chewed open. Looked right it was or were rats because we saw droppings on the seat.

We stayed here on a Friday so we were fortunate enough to try their buffet @Kaishu restuarant, East meets West. The food are very good, fresh and just very delicious. The servers were polite and addressed our concerns quickly despite the numerous guests that day. On our second day though, there were no buffet options so we tried Cafe Le Amoretto. Their breakfast buffet was awesome but for dinner, the options are a little bit limited. The bulalo was not that tasty and the food were served already a bit cold. We also had a hard time getting the attention of the servers at the time, even for billing out. We almost fell asleep as we waited close to 20 mins just to get our bill. No one else was in the restaurant aside from us so we were puzzled with the sluggishness of the service.

All in all, the stay was great. Clean and comfy. But for longer stays, like more than 3 days, you better checkout other dining options nearby to satisfy...

A week ago I was there. I got injured while staying inside because of a defective shower. The shower only expelled boiling hot water even with the lowest temperature. So I sustained multiple first degree burns. I informed the hotel staff but initially we just used the drinking glasses as dipper/tabo since the faucet is working then later provided us with pail and dipper. They later informed us that they could not fixed the problem yet so we had to wait the next day.

The next day had come, we thought the shower was already working. We tried it and both of us got injured. My companion got more severe scald burns. We informed the staff about it but no action was made.

What is frustrating is NO MEDICAL ATTENTION was to our burns. They only decided to transfer us when we retaliated already. When we talked this to them, they never reached out to us.

The hotel is owned by a Japanese company I believe and it does not embody a Japanese hospitality but rather a careless, heartless type of accommodation. Not a good hotel. It was traumatic. This is the first time that a hotel never tried to reach out after problems were...

Since it's old Hotel It is worth the money and free breakfast. This is one of my staycation hotel in the metro. Lobby Staff's are accomodating even sometimes there are absence in security in main entrance, stayed in networld for 2-3x a month & rarely seeing security helping me nor opening the main door entrance knowing I am carrying a luggage, maybe shorts of security. I enjoy staying especially I always ask for the quiet room so I can relax and sleep well. The Breakfast is fine atleast it has a free buffet breakfast as well as the food in the resto is good very affordable. The parking area is good as well very spacious and has a security 24/7. The only thing is I'm having a hard time in the airconditioned sometimes it is not cold maybe due to it's age. And the bed sheets, Blanket & Bathrobe Kinda like itchy to my skin maybe due to the strong detergent they are using. The rest are very much fine, just needed more improvement. Rating Over all 4 out of 5 because I still do enjoy my stay.

This was my go-to place whenever I needed a hotel after working with clients in the vicinity. While it's just walking distance from the office where I worked, crossing the highway can be tricky at times. Because of its location, a hotel near the corner of major routes, it was ideal for me. One thing I liked was there were separate smoking and non-smoking floors. The rooms were pretty quiet. I think I have stayed in rooms situated on all the hotel's four sides. My favorite was the side fronting almost the intersection of Buendia and Roxas Blvd. It was good to watch the traffic. I did get the chance to create some cool time-lapse of vehicles crossing the flyover. I always had a good rest because the bed and pillows were comfortable. Linen was changed daily too. WiFi was very good too for some video calls. I may not be doing any business in the area anymore but I'd check-in here again should the need arise.

They had a technical gliche when we arrived and they were not able to get a hold of our booking which I made through traveloka app. The F.O. manager was very apologetic and gave us refreshments while waiting. They said their fully book for the day but manage to givr us a room. We had dinner at their Jaapanese restaurant Kaizhu and it was delicious except for the plum wine they serve😅 with the valentines set meal. The room was clean but smells old thats why I only gave it a 4 🤩
