Benjas Steakhauz — Restaurant in Pasay

I been giving google reviewer for few years now and this actually the first restaurant that I rated 1 star out of 5! Unprofessional waitress and customer service. They won't entertain you after a while of sitting and waitress has an Unprofessional attitude. Food took almost an hour to be served. Service is slow and poor. Not very accommodating servers. Had to follow up several times before they comply to your request.

Fried Rice (Php40 each) - not warm when it was served, considering the price

Sisig (Php139) - a bit expensive for its “just okay” taste

Liempo (Php169) - sauce was too sweet for my liking.

Pitcher of Iced Tea (99) - ok

Place was kinda hot as well even with A/C and electric fan.

I’ve tasted sisig and liempo from many restaurants before, but this is the first time I’m disappointed. Plus customer service...

hmmm food tastes good, except for the rice.. we havent got the chance to try any of their best sellers because it was not available which was kinda frustrating. service was not quite great but it was okay. it's just that we need to call ate or kuya all the time like when we need water or extra platito for the soy sauce. not a great place to go when you have to eat out alone because it's crowdy and mostly, people come in...
