The guards are very kind and helpful, but the cashier doesn't want to do her job, she is giving an attitude toward customers, she easily gets annoyed by other customer requests which is her job to fulfill and give the best service towards her customers. She is very rude, has an attitude, all the employees should have a name tag so we can point out who they are. Also the food is sometimes overcooked or not hot enough, the cutleries are not washed very well, oily cups, the environment is not a good place, some of the aircons are not turned on, and please focus on choosing the best employees for your fast food restaurant, not those people who don't want to do their job and they are spreading negativity in your business.
