Located in the bustling city of Pasay, Hongkong Chef delivers an impressive array of Cantonese dishes that leave diners craving for more. From the moment you step in, the ambiance feels welcoming, with a touch of traditional Chinese decor that sets the tone for a hearty meal.
The dim sum selection is a must-try, especially the siomai and hakaw, which are steamed to perfection. Their roasted dishes, particularly the Peking Duck and Char Siu Pork, are rich, flavorful, and cooked just right. One standout is their Sweet and Sour Pork, which offers the perfect blend of tangy and sweet flavors, while the Hot and Sour Soup is a comforting starter. For seafood lovers, the Steamed Fish in Soy Sauce is tender and delicious.
Service is friendly and attentive, although during peak hours, it can get a bit slow due to the crowd. Prices are reasonable given the quality and portions, making it an excellent choice for family dinners or casual gatherings.
