KFC — Restaurant in Pasay

The food here, as we all know and since it's Harland Sander's KFC, of course it's good but it's not that great. It depends on the store branches on how they handle their food. But Sam Barerra who is the Senior Shift Leader 2 in this branch KFC Libertad LRT is awful. Worst service that I've experienced in my entire life. He's technically a supervisor, but I've never seen him smile all throughout my visit here. Plus when he takes order, he seemed sarcastic and so ingenuine. Please make some action on this KFC Libertad, do not let these kind of people lose your service experience. There are more deserving peope than him to be in...

We ordered from KFC Libertad through Grab. Unfortunately, the food arrived soaking wet in the mushroom soup that we ordered, which were not sealed properly.

Upon contacting their branch, KFC Libertad's employees were kind enough to address our concern and give us a new set of our orders in proper packaging.

Been years that we've been eating here. Aside from there delicious food (My little boy loves their fries), the staff / crew here are kind. The cleanliness of the place is just OK. The only thing though is the CR. Customers can't use it. You have to go up to the 2nd floor just to use the toilet which is very hard esp. if you have a baby or you are a senior citizen .The mall has a pay lounge so I guess that...
