We went here for my pre-birthday dinner last January 6. We were supposed to eat at a different restaurant but queue was long, which was a blessing in disguise. My boyfriend had the 6-oz. (medium) sirloin steak. I chose mixed veggies and mashed potatoes for his sides. I ordered the pork ribs meal that came with Caesar salad and iced tea. What I loved: 1. Service was outrageously great -- They periodically checked if everything was going well. They proactively bought water and tissues even if we didn't ask. 2. Steak was delicous. Hindi maanggo (not sure if this is the right term). They also ask you to check if your steak is to your liking upon serving. 3. True to its reputation, their complementary bread is soft. Not the mamon kind of softness but it still had "body." It was a bit on the sweet side as it came with cinnamon butter that was not too strong. Although for me, I prefer a savory starter. Because of this, nabusog ako agad. haha 4. Complementary peanuts were dry. I think they're baked, I'm not sure. My boyfriend described it as having a milky taste. They also have a separate can for the shells. 5. Pork ribs were tender and had a rich smoky taste but it was pleasantly good, not overpowering. 6. Iced tea really had that freshly-brewed taste. 7. Their salt was not the typical ones used at home. It was flakely and hits different pero baka sakin lang kasi di ako sanay. lol 8. The mashed potato was the bomb! Super sarap, ito ang nag-stand out for me. 9. Caesar salad had the right amount of sauce. The croutons also was yummy in itself. Baka 'yong complementary bread nila ang gamit nila. 10. Charm, who served us seemed to have telephatic abilities. haha I was waiting for her to finish talking with peeps from an adjacent table so I could ask her to take a picture. She immediately turned to us as if she anticipated what my request was. I had a very great impression of Texas Roadhouse. Everythings was amazing. Honestly, it's a luxury for us to dine here but every cent was super worth it. We'll absolutely go back.

Alright, foodies — saddle up, because we’re heading back to one of my all-time favorite foodie spots… Texas Roadhouse! Yup, we went for another round at this Bistro Group gem, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. If you know me, you know this place is my holy grail for juicy steaks and that iconic warm, buttery, cinnamon-honey-glazed bread. I swear I could live off that bread alone. They should sell it by the dozen, seriously. But this time, we went beyond the usual steak ride. We took on Bundle Group B — sounds like a secret menu hack, but nope, it’s the real deal. Here’s what we got: • Boneless BBQ Chicken Juicy, seasoned just right, not dry at all — a total win. I was honestly surprised because chicken can be boring, but this had me licking my fork. Solid 4/5. • Roadies Pork Belly Now this one melted in my mouth. Like, no chewing necessary. The sauce? Rich, smoky, slightly sweet — I was living. 4/5 again, but my heart says 4.8. • Cowboy Roast Beef This was the wild card for me. Super tender, not overly chewy (praise be), and drenched in this hearty, savory sauce that gave cozy Sunday lunch vibes. Another 4/5. • Chicken Wings Okay, real talk — they were tasty, cooked well, good flavor. BUT… they’re a bit on the small side, and for the price, I kinda wanted more wing for my buck. Sooo… 3.5/5. Now let’s talk service. Shoutout to the crew at S’Maison — y’all were on point! Super friendly, quick with the refills, and just genuinely good vibes all around. Felt like a VIP without even trying. Final Verdict: Texas Roadhouse still hits. From the bread (yes, I’m still dreaming about it) to the flavorful mains, it was a comfort food explosion. Would I come back? You bet. Weekly, if my wallet allowed it. Overall: 4.5/5 yeehaws Now excuse me while I daydream about pork belly and fluffy rolls…

We recently visited Texas Roadhouse and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. We arrived a bit early, but Maricris (MC), our server, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, allowing us to sit even before they officially opened. The complimentary bread served at the beginning of the meal was absolutely divine – pillow soft and bursting with flavor. Maricris went above and beyond by offering us refills of the bread, which was a thoughtful gesture. Even the side peanuts added a nice touch to the dining experience. For our main courses, we ordered a variety of dishes. The bleu steak salad was a standout – the combination of tender steak and tangy bleu cheese dressing was simply delicious. The calamari fries were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them a close second favorite. We also indulged in the loaded baked potato and bundle B, which consisted of boneless BBQ chicken, cowboy roast beef, and grilled pork belly. Each dish was expertly prepared and left us feeling satisfied and full. Aside from the wonderful cookery of the food, the exceptional customer service truly made our experience memorable. Maricris's attentiveness and hospitality ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout our meal. The bill came out to be 3531 pesos, which we found to be quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food we enjoyed. Overall, Texas Roadhouse exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning for another fantastic dining experience.

We had originally intended to dine at your Ayala Mall branch, which consistently gives off a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. However, due to a change in plans, we found ourselves at your Conrad location—and sadly, the experience was the complete opposite of what we had hoped for.

Upon arrival, we were met by a female staff member who displayed a noticeable lack of basic customer service. There was no smile—not even the courtesy of minimal acknowledgment. While we waited to be seated, my son asked for a glass as there was a water jar available in the waiting area. Unfortunately, even after a few minutes, no glass was provided.

Once seated, we placed our orders and were given glasses of water—only to find that one of them still had a visible lipstick mark. This was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. When we tried to call the staff’s attention to this, the same female staff member deliberately ignored us, even as we waved our hands directly in front of her.

It’s worth mentioning that the restaurant wasn’t full and there were enough staff present—most of whom seemed more engaged in their own conversations than attending to guests. Our food took longer than expected to arrive, which further added to our frustration. While another staff member eventually apologized for the lipstick-mark incident, by then, our appetite had already diminished.

After the meal, my husband settled the bill and was handed a paper bag which he assumed contained our leftovers. However, when we got home, we found a few pieces of buns, a dish we did not ordered, and an appetizer. It’s unclear whether this was meant as a form of service recovery or was handed to us by mistake, but frankly, it felt more like an afterthought than a sincere gesture. If it was intended as compensation, it unfortunately came across as more of an insult than a resolution.

We chose your restaurant with the expectation of good food paired with decent service, but our experience at the Conrad branch was disappointing on multiple levels—from hygiene to customer care. I hope this feedback encourages you to review and improve the quality of service and training at...

Texas Roadhouse is a go-to dining destination for those seeking a hearty and flavorful Texan-style meal. From the moment you walk in, the lively and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. The staff's friendly and welcoming attitude is just the beginning of what makes this restaurant stand out.

The star of the show at Texas Roadhouse is undoubtedly the mouthwatering steaks. Whether you prefer a filet, sirloin, or ribeye, the meat is cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The steak is always juicy and full of flavor, and you can customize your cut and size to suit your appetite. The sizzling sound of a freshly grilled steak is enough to get your taste buds dancing.

But it's not just about the steaks. Texas Roadhouse also serves up delectable ribs, chicken, and seafood dishes. The variety on the menu ensures that there's something for everyone, including vegetarians. The sides, like the buttery rolls and loaded baked potatoes, are equally satisfying and generously portioned.

What sets Texas Roadhouse apart is the unlimited complimentary peanuts and fresh, hot rolls served with cinnamon, honey, and butter. It's a simple but delightful touch that keeps patrons coming back for more.

The restaurant's commitment to providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere is evident in the vibrant décor and the occasional line-dancing performances by the enthusiastic staff. The casual ambiance is perfect for a fun night out with friends or a relaxed family dinner.

While the food and atmosphere shine, the prices are reasonable, making Texas Roadhouse a great value for the quality and quantity of food you receive. The only downside may be that it can get quite busy during peak hours, so it's a good idea to call ahead or arrive early to avoid a long wait.

In summary, Texas Roadhouse offers a fantastic combination of delicious, Texas-style cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and great value for your money. If you're a fan of hearty, mouthwatering steaks and a fun dining experience, it's definitely...
