Starbucks SM by the Bay — Restaurant in Pasay

Very nice place to enjoy manila bay and sunset while enjoying your favorite coffee blends. This shop offers the newly freshened up waters of manila with the cool breeze turning down the heat and sweats from a good shopping spree. Both offers indoor and al-fresco dining experience (outdoor is only available due to mecq). Though need to tackle thier customer service as thier staff is verh dissapointing in terms of thier etiquette comparing to othet branches. They seem to be showing frustrations from we don't know where it came from as I have not only experienced but saw it from othet customers as well. Not attentive, no willingness to help and a frowny face will greet you as well to add. At the time of my visit, two male staff runs the shop. Since mecq, the shop is not all hands on deck dew to verh few customers so I reckom in terms of fatigue, they're nowhere near that so I'm pretty sure it's not it. Hope this could be rectified as soon as possible.

April 21, 2025 My boyfriend and I looked for a place where I can work at for at max of 2 hrs. So coffee shops came to our mind. However, this branch is not work-friendly place. There are no outlets and no wifi either so bring your own and make sure your device is fully charged. Probably, they are preventing customers in overstaying. But yeah it got inconvenient for me. We got iced cafe mocha and mango dragonfruit all in venti size. Cafe mocha is just alright. I like the refresher, I am really a sucker for fruity beverages. Staff are all pleasing in...
