RACKS | SM Mall of Asia — Restaurant in Pasay

What a terrible experience we had at this Racks SM MOA Branch. And before we enter we ask nicely for a table for 5 the staff response with an irritated tone that we need to sit down first because there is no available table yet. Well, we can do that but please make sure you said it nicely and don’t show us that you are irritated. Second while waiting for an available table there is another group about to enter the store I was shocked because the staff let them in first before us so I approached the staff again and said that we need to wait for awhile I talked to another staff and said that we were there first before that group who was given a table. So this staff that I talked apologize and lead us to our table. The service is very slow. They got our order around 10:14pm and said that our order will be served within 20-30minutes. We followed up our orders thrice. Our food came exactly 11:22pm. Our food was not served hot or atleast warm. We also even ask for a service water twice. They also forgot to serve our 2 extra rice. They have a lot of staff in this branch yet they can’t even accommodate their customers properly. Food rating is 3/10 we didn’t like the kansas rib it’s too dry. It was served without the bread and our chosen side dishes was not followed. Everyone in their staff is not accomodating except for the staff named Bernard he is very apologetic and very nice. We also witnessed an accident where in a child got slipped and hit his head because of their dirty and slippery floor. No manager was able to look and took care for it. But only the girl staff showed after the incident happened. If ever we go back here in SM MOA we will not dine here ever again. It’s a waste of money. This is the worst...

Gave this location 2 opportunities and they failed both times. First time it was a let down because it took over 20 minutes to get our bill to pay for the food and then leave. Once we asked for take out boxes and they took another 20 minutes to package the food. The second time we tried them we had a party of 10 people come in and they forgot our tea that was suppose to come with our meal. They also forgot the rice that was supposed to come with the sausage meal. The real let down was the fact that they served my friend RAW sausage and then we asked them to recook it they just microwaved it and it was still raw in the inside. For such a big issue I was expecting the manager to come out and talk to us, but he was no where in sight. Really dissatisfied with the two visits and what pains me the most is that this place is suppose to be my wife's favorite restaurant. What a bummer, I would have given them a ton of business if they made this situation right instead of ignoring the problem. Never going back PERIOD. Do yourself the favor and don't go to this location because clearly they don't care if...

Went there to avail their pyromusical event offer which was 1.3k/pax consumable. We were 13 guests there. We came early as we can and customers were not totally a lot yet. You cant choose to sit anywhere even if you have reservation. Foods were served so late even though we placed our orders early (some orders were never served and the event was already over, that's a 2 hour event). most Desserts and drinks on the menu were not available. The staffs were really absent minded, they cannot provide water enough for 13 pax. Bottomless drinks were not refilled accordingly even though qe have followed up 5 times. They also lost the first bill they provided and they punched in a lot of foods that were never served. We had to recheck the bill 3 times to make sure which are which. The take out took almost 2hrs also to be released
