Angel's Pizza - Ortigas — Restaurant in Pasig

Bundle in their posters says drink is cucumber lemonade but this store is only offering us lychee - not even a taste that everyone will appreciate. We wanted to dine at the al fresco part of their restaurant and when they heard us planning to buy soft drinks at the convenience store beside them, they said it is not allowed. And what is up with the bundle offering 2 pasta but you can only select 1 type of pasta? You will just get frustrated for each experience. Delivery is better than their onsite customer service.

-there's a mosquito on the mac n cheese, it should be mac n mosquitoes

-lasagna is good for 2-3 but it is only 3 layers, so thin yet not that good

-thick crust but the pizza is bland in flavor, ordered all meat and angel's supreme but tastes almost the same

-crew is doing a paint job while there are still customers, paint and paint thinner smell while waiting and while eating as well

-wrapping pizza for take outs took 15mins for only just 4 pieces

-crew is just talking to each other rather than assisting other customers or even their cremates complete the order in a timely manner

-price is not good for this kind of food and...

Waited for more than an hour for my delivery (order placed 8:14, delivered 9:45 Nov 25, 2023). The pizza and chicken delivered were cold. Filed a complaint over the phone and went to the store to return the items and get a refund. On both instances, the manager was either not present or did not want to present himself or herself to take accountability. I was only given an explanation because I asked, if I didn't none would be given, it was just the usual sorry and pasenysa na po. The only saving grace for this branch was the female cashier who was very pleasant and kind. Best to avoid...
