I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at your Super 8 Ortigas Extension branch, which is located near our subdivision. As much as I’ve avoided making complaints, I feel the need to speak up after multiple disappointing experiences. I’ve been a loyal customer for months, regularly ordering from McDonald’s through the app whenever I crave your food.
Unfortunately, the service at this particular branch has consistently fallen short. On several occasions—specifically four times—I have received incomplete orders. Sometimes the fries are missing, and other times the burger itself is not included. It’s only when I get home that I realize items are missing, which is frustrating.
While I acknowledge it’s also my responsibility to double-check my order upon receipt, the primary responsibility lies with your team to ensure orders are complete and accurate before dispatch. Quality checking should be a standard part of the service, especially since customers are paying for a full meal and expecting what they ordered.
I understand that the staff may be busy or tired, but that should not compromise the quality of service. As paying customers, we deserve to receive our complete orders and a more reliable experience.

Dear McDonald's Owner,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern I had during my recent visit to your store.
I ordered a bucket of chicken with 4 thighs and 2 ribs. However, when my order was served, I received only rib parts, and the staff substituted the missing thighs with 2 leg parts instead, as the thighs were unavailable.
Additionally, I noticed that the customer next to me had the same experience, where they were promised thighs and legs but were also served with a different combination. (RIB)
It was disappointing to receive a different order than expected, and I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a more consistent experience for future customers.
I have already raised this matter with the store's manager, but unfortunately, it seems that my concern was not taken seriously.

One time, they hurried customers to finish eating since they claimed closing time was 12 pm. We ordered at 11:10 pm, received our food at 11:45 pm, then were rushed. They should've informed us at the counter so we could've opted for take-out instead. We felt frustrated, and they didn't apologize or explain their early closure.
