This resto is a place of nostalgia for me since this is where my and i used to dine way back 2012. Food and Service style really changed a lot. From resto-style order taking to on the counter ordering. It leveled down the expectation despite having Reyes' tagged to its name. Though i must commend their crew for being attentive, friendly and polite to all customers. My rate for today was tremendously affected of what quality of food that was served to me for lunch. Grilled Tuna Lumpia Chiken Gizzad The horror of the experience is right at the moment every plate was served. Lumpia - on point and well partnered by their own recipe of sweet and sour sauce. A little pricy for the quantity of their serving. Chicken Gizzard - this was 3rd plate served on my table and upon putting it down, it smelled off and unappetizing... Grilled Tuna - its look maybe be mouth watering, tasteful and exquisite but the moment i bit down to the tuna meat, i immediately lost my appetite. The tuna meat it self is unseasoned.. it gives off this taste that it is not fresh and was stored in their fridge for a long time. I asked for soysauce but it is not enough to hide the old goofy taste of the meat. Good thing that the lumpia sauce was really something which i used to dump all the skewered pieces of gizzard... let it swim for a moment for it to be marinates with taste for a while. But the fish which is the main lunch has ruined the whole dining experience. I hope that the owner of this branch address food quality issue.

I absolutely love Reyes Barbecue's liempo and always make it a point to have some when I visit the Philippines although their branches seem to be getting harder to find nowadays. While heading to a motorcycle expo at the Metrotent Center we stumbled upon this branch quite by accident just as it opened for the day - perfect timing since we hadn't had a proper breakfast that morning. Even though there was just one staffer there the service was great and the food was as tasty as every other time I've been to a Reyes Barbecue. The location was clean and we were amused by the funky decor they had - particularly the cyclist poster since I'd just come from a ride around UP Diliman's campus. I hope I can come back to a great Reyes Barbecue experience again the next time I'm in the country!

Reyes Barbecue delivers its signature delicious flavors, as expected. I tried their Sisig Rice Bowl, which was tasty, though I felt the portion of sisig could be more generous. However, the service at the counter in this branch is unreasonably slow—taking orders should be straightforward, but the staff takes longer than expected to process them. The space is quite small, with tables placed closely together, which may feel a bit cramped during busy hours. Still, when it comes to flavor, Reyes Barbecue consistently delivers and never disappoints.

Food is acceptable but on the salty side, albeit tiny servings compared to their competitions.

My 2-star rating stems from slow service - I was promised 15-20 minutes of serving time (that's not fast food of course) but they served it 35 minutes. Considering that the time is 2pm and there are only 3 tables waiting, that is slow!

The other thing is they use the place as a recruitment place and there are times that it is filled with some folks interviewing applicants, filling paperwork so some seats are not available for those who are...
