Shakey's at SM puerto princesa city — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

OMG! The manager needs to be replaced. We went there and half the tables were empty probably 6 or 7 empty tables some of them long tables that clearly held big groups And there were about four or five employees out on the floor not including the kitchen staff And there were three or four groups of people waiting to be seated There was no one at the front taking names creating a waiting list It was unclear who had come first to wait and who was next The staff and the management were absolutely pathetic as far as trying to get people seated We went to an empty table that was ready for customers and we're told we had to go wait Why not take some of those people sit them down at the tables and then start clearing the tables while they're placing their orders Absolutely the worst restaurant management I've ever...

I do not recommend! very slow service, dirty tables... the waiters didn't even pay attention to us... after I showed him how dirty the table was, he volunteered to wipe it, but so disgusting... the chicken wings couldn't be eaten at all it was salty (I think it was old and they put a lot of salt to preserve it) and what did it taste like and the pizza had a strange smell of fish... I will definitely not set foot in this location again and I will not recommend it.. . aaa... and the prices are quite high for what they offer... if the quality was ok, but given how bad the food was, I regret that I wasted...

Pizza honestly wasn't that bad. We got the thicker crust option and I have certainly have had worse pizza, and definitely had better pizza. The worst thing about Shakey's was that they were sold out of most items. Milkshakes, most appetizers, salads, pastas, all sold out. Their supply chain for the restaurant is failing, especially when most items on the menu aren't available....
