Jollibee — Restaurant in Puerto Princesa

Well what we experience here is quite a headache, we ordered one bucket of chicken for six pieces spicy, but they gave the bucket to the table with many diners and i was expecting that its ours coz aside from the fact that i really have a hunch that its ours they keep on looking at our table where our numbers is and its already past the minute that they said will wait for the bucket, after another minute i follow up one of there crew on where our order is, an so they retrive the bucket from the other table and upon checking the bucket they gave us a natural chick not spicy so we ask them nicely with a smile to please spicied it up, and then its starts again another crew deliver our bucket to the other table, its kinda half annoying and half funny maybe because we are only two humans and thought we cant afford or i really dont know what there thinking. Jollie food is still good its only there crew need...

This was an interesting experience. Each customer would order and then wait for their order to be filled before the next order was taken. As a result, this trip took 2-3x as long as it should have.

I saw a space labeled “pick up” but this was not used. There were more than enough staff to support a process where multiple registers couls take orders while a few others could prep, check, and fill the orders. I was trying to not be frustrated but it felt like a huge waste of time as part of an inefficient process.

The quality of food was expected and overall good, but definitely not worth waiting in line for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly...

I was in Puerto Princesa rival avenue branch this noon and ordered a cake float. I needed something to quench my thirst in this hot humid weather. What i got is half the cup full of ice an barely quench my thirst. So sad how this big chain is doing this. In the past two days, I've been buying chicken and spaghetti meal, their chicken is so small and the spaghetti is bland. I have been to Vancouver, Seattle and Toronto including new York branches during the year and their chicken are bigger and spaghetti tastier....
